Stay on Kentucky Lake at this First Floor Condo

Spectacular lakefront Condo with private dock!
This first floor condo is the perfect retreat. The condo has 3 large bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. An open kitchen, dining, relaxing space with a pool table, and a den with wood fireplace.

During your stay, enjoy your huge patio space, the dock and the private boat ramp. Swimming and kayaking is amazing from the dock in this sheltered cove at the mouth of Big Cambridge Bay overlooking the main channel of Kentucky Lake. The condo is situated on the first floor of a two story home. My family reserves the upstairs for our personal use.

Enjoy your morning cup of coffee in the fully equipped kitchen while watching the sunrise over Kentucky Lake. Challenge your friends and family to a game of pool and serve snacks and drinks at the large island with seating for four. After a fun day on the lake, throw your towels in the washer and kick back on the two full size sofas in the den to catch-up on Netflix. Then retire to one of the three large bedrooms, each with a queen bed and private lavatory.

I truly hope you enjoy your time at Kentucky Lake and look forward to doing anything I can to make that more memorable.

All was very good...The house was clean, everything worked as it should. The location for us was great. Convenient to local store, boat dock, private, pricing was reasonable. KY Lake Fishing

My dad and I stayed at the property over the weekend with plans to fish Saturday and Sunday around the area. We never went anywhere else to fish because we caught so many fish the first day at the property. We didnā€™t even fish Sunday after ending up with seven quart bags of fillets on Saturday.The condo was very clean and the sunrise each morning over the lake was fantastic to watch while enjoying a cup of coffee and breakfast.

Relaxing getaway

Our 2 night stay at Condo on the Cove was a perfect relaxing getaway for the family. The property was exactly as described, well supplied with everything we needed, and the host Kimberly was very responsive in answering questions. The location in the cove by the lake was private, quiet and very scenic. There was also a country market a short druve up the road with a deli, homemade pizza etc. Had a great time!

Beautiful views - furnishings are very subpar.

My issueā€¦the condition of this Condosā€™ furniture was extremely worn (like you would find in a college frat house). The outdoor furniture was very basic. The carpet was old and very stained. Kitchen was nice. TV..very old, and basic, and remote took forever to work. Mattress in main bed room/ 3rd bedroom need replaced. My feeling, when youā€™re investing 200 a night, it should be nicer. We have rented homes all over the worldā€¦I was saddened by this experience. Kim was very responsive to our information requests. So, Iā€™m conflictedā€¦

Reason for stay

My husband and I usually go to Grand Rivers for our anniversary. Our anniversary would have been on Sept. 5th. My husband of 37 years passed away on May 17. My son and my daughter decided to come with me. We went and ate Pattiā€™s and just enjoyed hanging out at the condo. It was a beautiful place and helped me get through this rough time. 50th birthday celebration

My friends and I all turned 50 this year in May and we wanted to celebrate with a golfing and fishing getaway. I found this house on the lake near an area I was familiar with and it was perfect for the 3 of us. Plenty of room for us, walk right out to the dock to fish and close to marinaā€™s if you wanted to do some boating. Great restaurants and grocery stores near by with some fantastic scenery. We had an amazing time!!

Lovely Lake Kentucky retreat!!

Great peaceful place to visit with family. This place had everything we needed and then some. The only downside of this weekend was the dead fish smell from the dead fish that came into the cove by the house which is not something the owners can control but hindered us being on the water. Overall highly recommend this place!!

Condo on the Lake

We enjoyed getting together somewhere in the middle for our families. This place was spacious enough so we didn't feel crowded. The pool table was a definite bonus as it rained about every day. We loved fishing off the dock and caught a variety of fish and a few unwanted turtles:) Overall, this property was not worth what we paid in that there were so many cleanliness issues and things that we felt were overlooked or not provided upon the arrival of guests for a week. Disappointed after driving 9 hours to get there but again loved our visit with family.

Lake house getaway

This was really a wonderful space right on lake Kentucky for our family of 4 to stay in for a weekend. There was a pool table, 4 kayaks, and a small dock. Also Paducah is not far. As a result there was plenty to do! Highly recommend.

Great Get A Way

Great Host. The private dock on this lake front property was a great added benefit. Plenty of parking for vehicles/boat trailer. Everything was clean and spacious. The only negative is that I was unable to get the TV in my bedroom to function (and it was probably just me). But then it is a moot point because once I hit the bed I was out like a light.

Great Lake Condo

The property owner and family were super helpful and friendly. The property was perfect for our dual family of 8. We loved the large kitchen to have even more family members at the lake over to celebrate 4th of July. We enjoyed the kayak adventures on the lake and our 4 day/night stay. We will be back for sure! Great lake get away.
