"The location is truly unbeatable, right where we needed to be, with very easy access to public transportation, which made getting around super convenient. The apartment itself is lovely, comfortable, and well-suited for a family stay. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout, which we really appreciated.Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a well-located and pleasant place to stay!"

"Nice, clean apartment in an excellent location. After hours check in charges are steep. Internet did not work for 5 of our 7 day stay. Host was non-responsive through WhatsApp, which they had told us to use to communicate problems. Communication of the issue through Expedia was slow and did not resolve the issue. We had expected/needed internet access for work during the trip and were disappointed to have to search for that access off premises."

"I stayed here with my daughter in June. The listing photos are misleading: what is shown as a bed is a sofa that you pull out and make up yourself on arrival and whenever you want to sit on the sofa. On arrival, that sofa — the only bed — was dirty, covered in dust, debris, and hair. I reported it the same day, with photos. The following day, while we were out, the host sent cleaning staff into the apartment without notice and without our consent. We returned to find our belongings had been...

"Location was great but it had no windows to open or air conditioning. Was up to 90 degrees outside when we stayed and the apartment was very humid and hot. Had one small fan that was very weak."

"La vista della camera è veramente fantastica. nonostante ciò in camera faceva caldissimo e il condizionatore non era sufficiente per rinfrescarla (oltre che ad essere pieno di polvere nel filtro). in doccia non c’è il sapone. inoltre siamo arrivati alla camera alle 15:40 e le pulizie non erano ancora iniziate, infatti siamo entrati in camera alle 16:40 al posto che alle 16. Per il resto è ben fornita (asciugacapelli e utensili per cucinare) e la posizione è comoda."

"Capelli ovunque.. materasso, cuscini, doccia.. Lavatrice ROTTA. Hanno detto che avrebbero mandato un tecnico ma io non ho visto nessuno. Al mio rientro (dopo l' intera vacanza a non poter utilizzare la lavatrice ), mi hanno mandato un messaggio con scritto che il tecnico era venuto il giorno dopo il mio reclamo.. peccato che nessuno ci avesse avvisato della riparazione per darci modo di utilizzare l' elettrodomestico.. chissà se è vero Check out molto molto scomodo. In più il locker era rotto...
