This rate includes:
-Utilities: electricity, water - gas for kitchen use
- weekly linen, initial and final cleaning
- Zer0Dep Guarantee = You do not pay the security deposit on balance or on arrival and you have EuropAssistance coverage in case of accidental damage to the property during your stay (up to the maximum of € 1,500.00 and with the limitations provided).

This rate does not includes:
Extra cleaning in case of animals (€ 100,00/week/animal). Acceptance of animals to the facility must be previously authorised by the owner upon communication of the number of animals, size and breed.
Tourism tax (€ 1,00 per person per night for the first 10 nights. Please note that children under 14 years old will not pay).

Villa Aura is located on the most beautiful part of the south-eastern coast of Sicily, between the bay of Giardini Naxos and Taormina, with a unique panorama over the sea and over Etna, the largest volcano in Europe. The villa has bright, spacious and welcoming rooms, tastefully furnished with attention to the smallest detail. The house, built in 2017, has modern technology and and a very refined style; in the living area, completely surrounded by glass, you can cook, dine or relax without ever losing sight of the breathtaking panorama while, outside, the large, comfortable, fully-equipped covered veranda is ready to welcome you to enjoy tasty outdoor meals with the best Sicilian specialties. In the garden, the heated and illuminated mini-pool, with the option of counter current swimming, will provide you, both day and night, with unique and exciting moments of relaxation, surrounded by nature and framed by beautiful sunsets over Mount Etna and a fascinating sea view. The villa, thanks to its location and amenities, is perfect for family holidays or romantic sojourns and permits you to make brief excursions to numerous tourist destinations such as Taormina, Giardini Naxos, Etna, Castelmola or the beautiful reserve of the Alcantara river.
Interior:
The property consists of a two-storey building of modern design set on a panoramic hill. From the large veranda, French windows lead directly into the large open-plan area composed of sitting room, dining room and kitchen which, thanks to the large windows, appears as a continuation of the outdoor areas. From here, two corridors lead to two double bedrooms, each with en-suite bathroom with shower of an essentially modern design,While on the back of the open space there is a small bathroom and laundry service. From the back of the kitchen, stairs lead up to the mezzanine floor (with the height ranging from 1 m to 2,80 m) with the third double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with tub. All the bathrooms have the singularity of being integrated directly in the individual bedrooms.
Park:
The 300 sq m grounds of the property are on one level and are characterized by a large paved covered veranda with a brick-built barbecue where you can dine or just enjoy the spectacular panorama. The rest is partly planted with lawn with a beautiful play of hedges and flowering plants that almost frame the whole property. At the entrance is a small parking area for one car.Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.
Swimming Pool:
The heated hydro-massage mini-pool with counter current swimming can be reached from the driveway next to the house; it is set in such a way that you can admire the panorama even while immersed in it. It measures 4 x 2 m with a constant depth of 1,10 m. Lined in blue PVC, it has chlorine purification, external and internal lighting and Roman steps for access to the water. The sunbathing area on the lawn is equipped with sunbeds. The pool is open from the last Saturday of April to the first Saturday in October.
Pets: On request. € 100,00 per animal per week to be paid on site.
