The Price includes:
- Utilities (water - gas for kitchen use - electricity)
- weekly linen, initial and final cleaning
- Zer0Dep Guarantee = You do not pay the security deposit on balance or on arrival and you have EuropAssistance coverage in case of accidental damage to the property during your stay (up to the maximum of € 1,500.00 and with the limitations provided).

The Price does not Include:
- Mandatory extra cleaning in case of animals (€ 100,00/week/animal). Acceptance of animals to the facility must be previously authorised by the owner upon communication of the number of animals, size and breed.
- Tourism tax (€ 1,00 per person per night for the first 10 nights. Please note that children under 14 years old will not pay).

Villa Alba is a beautiful home with swimming pool, located in Giardini Naxos, with one of the most beautiful views of eastern Sicily, overlooking the sea, Mount Etna and Taormina, one of the most exclusive localities on the island. Villa Alba has warm, cosy rooms with fine furnishings and details, creating an almost surreal atmosphere, without renouncing any comforts. A special treat is the unique and romantic bedroom suite on the first floor, with a whirlpool tub in the room looking out over a breathtaking view. Outside is the well kept garden and panoramic swimming pool offering picture postcard views in each corner. The Villa is the ideal choice for families and groups of friends who wish to visit this splendid part of Sicily or to simply spend their days relaxing on the beach or in the pool, surrounded by this unique panorama.

Interior:
The property consists of the main house spread over two floors plus an annexe on the ground floor . From the entrance gate, the driveway runs alongside the garden with swimming pool up to the large panoramic veranda which leads into the main part of the house with the large living room with fireplace which communicates with service bathroom and the well-equipped kitchen with American fridge and wok for those wishing to prepare great international dishes. A staircase leads from the living room up to the first floor with the main bedroom suite with the whirlpool tub and bathroom with shower; the corridor leads to the twin bedroom, sharing a bathroom with the comunicating double room. On the second floor are 2 more double bedrooms, both with ensuite bathroomwith shower. The annex is located on the back of the house and consists of a double bedroom with bathroom with shower and kitchen.

Park:
The exterior of the property is characterized by a beautiful driveway with dry walls and succulents, as well as trees and palms in the lawn area which surrounds the panoramic swimming pool. There is also a portico, furnished with tables and sofas at the front of the house, with breathtaking views over the sea and Mount Etna. In a corner of the garden is a wood oven and barbecue where guests can prepare alfresco meals.
Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.

Swimming Pool:
Open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October, the pool is situated in front of the house, measures 5x10 m, with a variable depth from 1,20 m to 2 m, is purified with chlorine, lined with resin and has internal and external lighting. Access to the water is by traditional ladder or Roman steps and the solarium area is provided with sunbeds and sofas.

Pets: On request. € 100,00 per animal per week or part of week.
