Hey Alya,Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry that you did not enjoy your studio. We would like to take a moment to inform you that Expedia shows several pictures of studio types. We have standard studios, duplex studios and duplex with terrace studios. In the Expedia banner, you can see a collection of pictures chosen by Expedia. When you go to the overview at the reservation-type studio, you can see the pictures of the studio you want to book. You had booked a standard studio. A standard studio is a double bed and sofa bed in a studio of 26 m². This is indeed not super spacious but you can view these dimensions on Expedia. Hi there, Thanks for your message. It was difficult to find out who you were, but we managed to find your reservation. I'm reaching out to you because i've noticed you haven't been answered as it should be.We apologize for the inconvenience it may have caused you. To clarify some things: + In the weekend our office is closed, so request to book a locker have to be booked in advance at the moment.I do understand this could be working better if we would make it possible to book the lockers through our website or through a qr code on site at the time the guest wants this. We will try to improve this service for our future guests. + Normally you will receive a mail also from us confirming your reservation with all the explanation in how we work and how you can order extra services. Due to our mistake you have only received the check-in mail. + You did indeed receive a request from us to cancel your booking without charges. Because you didn't reply and we couldn't reach you, we decided to give you an upgrade to a duplex studio for the same price. + Invoices are automatically made of all booking on the name of the guest upon checkout, if we are provided with company details we can provide you the invoice once the booking has been paid. We can also change the details later but it will be more work for us. We didn't receive the invoice details from you until 3 days ago. We noticed that you may have giving us a bad comment online, and I understand your point some things went wrong in the communication with you and I would personally like to apologize for this.  I've just send you the adjusted invoice you requested 3 days ago. Thanks again for your stay with us. And I hope you can forgive us for this matter. Please understand that it's our intention to give all our guests an excellent service and a great stay.
