"Not good for a 5 star resort... Checked in and went to my room, tired from the long flight, I unpacked all my bags, crazy to take shower and relax, I turn the AC on and the heating is not working, called front desk and they send a technician to fix it, after over an hour he cant make it work, I ask him to leave cause I was really tired and wanted to take a shower and rest. Later on the front desk calls me and offer another room just sleep the night, I had to pack all my bags back.... Next day...
