"All of the Staff was excellent. The hotel was extremely accommodating. Chris was a real gem and extremely helpful, personable, and fun. The town is a great time and this hotel is in the perfect spot for walking or driving wherever you need to go. We will be back. "
"We stayed for a wedding and the location couldn’t have been better, especially for a large family. The townhouse was charming and the courtyard gave us some sense of privacy even though we were in the middle of town. Check-in was simple and the owners were easy to contact and responded quickly. A wonderful time."
"We loved the location of this hotel and it was perfect for our overnight stay. The staff was very friendly and it is walkable to cemetery hill . We did a ghost tour in the area and ate at the Dobbins House which made this hotels location perfect for us . "

Staff in general were knowledgeable about places to visit beyond the battle grounds, dinning options and some specifics about touring the National Park.

"Lovely hotel. Wonderful staff. We were here just overnight (so we didn’t partake in any of the services/ amenities) but our room was nice. We had a first floor room which was neat and tidy. The ceilings?!! Must have been at least 20 feet high! Front desk staff were friendly and helpful."
