With two full bathrooms and a full kitchen equipped with full-size appliances, you'll have everything you need for a comfortable and convenient stay.

The highlight of the bedroom is the fabulous reclining zero-gravity king bed with vibration feature. You can also enjoy a flat panel TV with streaming TV service (Netflix & Prime Video) in both the living room and bedroom, along with high-speed internet. During cooler months, cozy up by the gas log fireplace with remote in the living room.

The screened-in gazebo provides a peaceful retreat from pesky mosquitoes and rain, while the propane gas stove keeps you warm on cooler nights. You can also soak up the surrounding forest trees on the deck, weather permitting. The Loverly is the perfect location for honeymoons, anniversaries, birthdays, and more. Plus, it's centrally located, with downtown, the Biltmore Estate, Lake Lure & Chimney Rock, Hendersonville, Black Mountain, and Asheville all within a 25-minute drive.

Really cute place for a romantic get away! Very thoughtful instructions for different things around the house made it super easy & answered all our questions! Loved the ease of the gas fireplaces and overall had a wonderful time. Not a huge issue for us since we are early risers but master bedroom gets a lot of natural light & moonlight so bring your eyemask if you prefer a super dark room! House was very clean and comfortable. Brea was also very helpful and made sure to check in with us to make sure we were settled and had eveything we needed.

Brea was responsive and assisted in every way before, during, and after our stay. The cottage is beautifully decorated and each area is spacious. The experience couldn’t have been better executed: Brea’s pre-visit communication, stocked items (the bath salts, soaps, and lotions are all lovely, the linens are delightful, and the coffee was delicious), thorough cleanliness, and total location privacy. We can’t wait to visit the Loverly again!

Everything was perfect. Our Host called us to make sure we got in and everything was in order. She was very helpful in getting us around the area and had great suggestions for food and beverage. The cabin was very clean and cozy, the hot tub was amazing, and being secluded was just what my wife and I needed.

This is such a relaxing and cozy environment. The host is fantastic and keeps the cottage immaculate. We truly loved our stay. It's about a 1/2-hour drive to downtown Asheville and Biltmore: a gorgeous drive and lots of good coffee shops. We really wanted to see a bear but had no luck.Would absolutely recommend staying here.

Excellent Stay!

My wife and I had a wonderful time staying at the Loverly. It was a little anniversary getaway for us and could not have been better. The accommodations were wonderful and the privacy of the location of the house was great. We will definitely be back for another stay.

Relaxing Anniversary Getaway

The Loverly checked all of the boxes for our anniversary getaway. Brea is a delight, and very thorough! Her cottage is cozy, and the setting is so peaceful. The bed is amazingly comfortable, and the kitchen is very well stocked. Tip: Be sure to hit the grocery prior to arriving. We were happy to have one chilly morning to enjoy our coffee and reading by the fireplace. We enjoyed hiking nearby, visited Brevard, Black Rock Mountain and Asheville. The gravel road was our only concern with our trip. We met quite a few work trucks while coming and going and had to back up & find a safe place to pull off for them to pass each time. Future travelers should be aware and use caution.

Wonderful, peaceful, relaxing

We enjoyed 3 nights at the Loverly. The home is beautiful, clean, and very welcoming! The peace and quiet of the remote location was a nice contrast to the busy atmosphere of downtown Asheville, which is a very convenient distance away. We had an unfortunate mishap with the oven, but Brea was very understanding and easy to communicate with. We have added the Loverly to our list of places we must return to as soon as possible!

Perfect Relaxing Retreat

Everything was perfect until we had to leave this little oasis right before Hurricane Helene whipped through the area. It was a dissappointing decision to make since we still had so much remaining on our to-do list. The house lived up to its Loverly name and was a love nest in every aspect. Peaceful escape in nature

The property has everything you need and Brea is more than helpful and available to help make your stay perfect. We enjoyed the large trees, the sounds of nature, the fireplaces and the hottub. The location is great, between Lake Lure and Asheville, which is right where we wanted to be to hike and explore. We loved the wine place right in Fairview, Rooted in Wine, along with Hickory Nut Gap to get fresh, local meat to grill. The only warning is that it is a tough driveway to get up. We had a small rental SUV and we couldn't get up the driveway going forward. Thankfully, my husband grew up in the mountains so he backed up the driveway each time and it wasn't a problem. Other than that, it's just a bit further from everything to go down the slow, dirt road, but we didn't mind that. We wanted the more remote feel. We would definitely stay again if back in the area!

Honeymoon Stay at The Loverly

The Loverly is such a beautiful place to stay! Pictures didn’t do it justice! Up in the mountains, you may want to make sure your car has 4 wheel drive, but it was perfect! My husband and I stayed there for a week in June for our honeymoon. About half an hour from town it’s a convenient location. Brea is an amazing host! She is super great with communication and provides so many suggestions on things to do during your stay. Check in and check out are seamless and if her instruction book leaves room for any questions you may have, just give her a call or text and she’s able to help! Definitely would stay here again if back in the Asheville area!

Fantastic getaway cabin

Clean, well appointed, romantic and private. A short drive to most locations but the best part of your days will be getting back here and relaxing in the hot tub or by one of the fires with a loved one.

Perfect location, peaceful and secluded. Hot tub, fireplaces, and other amenities were top notch. Brea, the host, was so reponsive and considerate. She has really created such a romantic and cozy environment. We really hated to leave :-) It was a truly wonderful place to stay.

Great Escape

The property exceeded what we had anticipated. Everything, furniture, silverware, cutlery, dishes, pots and pans were of high quality. The tv and dvd player were easy to operate and there was not enough time to screen all the dvd's provided. The bed was one of the most comfortable we've ever slept in. The cleanliness and decor of the property were impeccable and check-in and out were seamless, as well as the ease of communication with the owner. This is a highly recommened property not to be missed. We will be revisiting.
