Adjacent to the kitchen, you’ll find seamless indoor-outdoor living spaces that flow onto an outdoor BBQ area, ideal for alfresco dining while enjoying stunning coastal vistas.

Perched on the rooftop, the crowning jewel of The View is the luxurious pool. With panoramic views of the ocean and surrounding landscape, it’s a serene retreat for soaking up the sun or watching the stars at night. For wellness enthusiasts, the property also features an infrared sauna and an ice bath, offering the perfect balance of relaxation and rejuvenation.

We want you to enjoy your stay! To ensure a comfortable experience for everyone, please keep the following in mind:



Noise Levels: We use noise monitors to maintain a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors.

Quiet Hours: We kindly ask outdoor music must stop or move inside by 9:30 PM with all doors and windows closed. All music inside and out must be completely off by 10:00 PM. Live bands and external sound setups are never permitted at any time.

Gym and Fitness: The property features a private gym area for your use. Please refer to the photo for the available equipment.

Child Safety: For their protection, children must be supervised by an adult at all times in the gym area.

Gym Storage: Please ensure all equipment is returned to the racks after use to prevent tripping hazards.

Usage: All gym equipment is used at the guest's own risk.
