Welcome to our charming vacation rental in the heart of the Eifel!

Directions & Travel Guide:

Our vacation home accommodates up to four adults and also warmly welcomes dogs. We’re happy to set up the sleeper sofa upon request, and the pull-out partition provides additional privacy. For families with children, we provide a travel crib and a high chair.

Stage 10 of the Eifelsteig trail from Gerolstein to Daun is within walking distance and ideal for hiking enthusiasts. Explore the fascinating surroundings with highlights such as the Gerolstein Dolomites, the impressive Kasselburg Castle, and the exciting wildlife and adventure park in Daun. After a day full of adventures, a fully equipped kitchen awaits you at your accommodation, where you can prepare delicious meals. A garage with a parking space is available for your vehicle.

Communication:

After you book, you’ll immediately receive a booking confirmation that includes a link to our digital travel guide. This guide not only provides you with all the important information about your accommodations but also includes our personal recommendations. You’ll find tips on restaurants, hiking trails, and recreational activities, as well as many other useful suggestions to help you make the most of your stay with us.

No later than three days before your arrival, you’ll receive a personalized code from us for self-check-in via smart lock. This allows you flexible and hassle-free access to your vacation home.

House Rules:

1. Inventory and Damage

We ask that you treat our inventory with care and put used dishes back in the cabinets only when they are clean and dry. Damage to furniture and furnishings can happen and is often easy to repair. Please notify us immediately of any damage that occurs.

2. Noise Levels and Quiet Hours

Please be considerate of our neighbors and keep noise levels in the vacation rental at a reasonable volume, especially when playing music or watching TV. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM.

3. Visitors

Your visitors are welcome in our vacation rental at any time for short periods. However, it is not permitted to allow unregistered guests to stay overnight in the vacation rental. If the number of guests changes, please inform us in a timely manner so that we can prepare the vacation rental accordingly.

4. Smoking

Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the entire property.
Smoking is only permitted in the fully open outdoor area. Please keep doors and windows closed to prevent smoke from entering the house.
If a smoke odor does develop in the accommodation, we will have to charge you for the resulting special cleaning costs (e.g., ozone treatment).

5. Pets

Dogs are welcome in our vacation rental. The number is limited to a maximum of 2. Please note, however, that you must report any damage caused by your dog to us.

6. Security and Valuables

Always close all windows and the front door before leaving the vacation rental, and be sure to turn off all electronic devices. We assume no liability for the loss of valuables during your stay.

7. Cleaning

Our cleaning service will perform a thorough final cleaning of the vacation rental after your departure, as agreed. However, we ask that you clean up any major messes in advance and leave the apartment swept clean upon departure.

8. Environment

The environment is important to us—and we hope it is to you as well. Therefore, please turn off the lights and all electronic devices when they are not in use. Conserving water also helps the environment. Thank you.

9. Candlelight

Lighting candles is not permitted in our vacation rental.
