For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, plancha, ironing board and iron.

- A shared 10x5 swimming pool (unheated, open from June to September)
- A 9 m² south-facing terrace with furniture to make the most of the fine weather.
