In Gérardmer, on the hillside of Xettes, bright and quiet accommodation, located at an altitude of 800 meters on the southern slope and enjoying a superb panoramic view of the lake and the mountains.

Bright accommodation of 120 m2 with:
- living room opening onto a terrace (with garden furniture and deckchairs) facing the lake and the mountains, with fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, induction hob, classic coffee maker + Senseo, raclette set, fondue..).
- living room with flat screen TV, free wifi.
- relaxation area for children, located in a large mezzanine with flat screen TV, board games, books...
- 2 bedrooms with double bed (160) and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds accessible by a staircase, dressing rooms, electric blinds, quality bedding, hotel quality linen...
- 2 bathrooms, one of which is equipped with a washing machine,
- ski room available.
- childcare equipment available (cot, high chair...)
- charging station for electric vehicle (6 euros /charge)
- private parking for 2 spaces.
- large private green area and close to the forest for beautiful hikes.

Bed linen is provided.
Towels will be charged at €30 per stay.

The city center is 1km away for shopping, shopping, restaurants... The lake is 800 meters away for walking or swimming, many activities are offered: swimming pool, sauna, sailing base with all water sports, supervised beach, ice rink, cinema, casino, bowling...
The ski slopes are 10 minutes away by car, shuttles are offered to the city center.
