Holiday Home 'Maison des Érables' with Private Terrace, Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning

The rental price includes an electricity package of 15 kWh/night from April to October and 30 kWh/night from November to March. If you exceed this, an additional charge will apply based on actual consumption. Firewood and water are included. Bed linen and towels can be rented on request for an extra fee. Final cleaning is included. Tourist tax is charged separately and will be collected by the booking platform.



Located in Gérardmer, Maison des Érables offers around 100 m² of comfort for up to 8 guests. There are 3 bedrooms: one with a 160 cm bed, another with a 160 cm bed and a baby cot, and a third with bunk beds and a 160 cm bed. The private, fully equipped kitchen features an induction hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave, filter coffee maker and pod coffee machine. Enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi for video calls, air conditioning, electric underfloor heating, heat pump and wood stove, TV, washing machine, dryer, 2 high chairs, a baby cot, as well as shared toys and books for children.



Outside, relax in the private 1,025 m² garden and on the uncovered terrace with a 3x4 m pergola. Garden furniture, sun loungers and a private barbecue are available for outdoor dining. Baby swings are available under your responsibility. Basement is not rented (private).



You can park in 2 spaces in front of the house, 1 space in the garage or on the street. Shared charging station for electric vehicles and communal bike storage are available. Events are not allowed. The house is wheelchair accessible and about 1 km from the town center, in a very quiet area highly appreciated by our guests. A tennis court can be reached in 15 minutes.
