By choosing to participate, you voluntarily accept and assume all associated risks and responsibilities, including any costs, expenses, damages, or liabilities that may arise from your participation. Guests engage in these activities entirely at their own risk, and the host assumes no responsibility for accidents, injuries, or losses resulting from the use of the waterfront, dock, boathouse, pedal boat, or any related amenities.

Safety Near Water
This property is located near a body of water. If you have children, please ensure they are supervised at all times for their safety.

Seasonal Notice
For your safety, please do not use the boat or boathouse between November 10 and April 10. During this period, the lake and surrounding areas may be unsafe due to winter conditions. Access will reopen in the spring once weather permits.

No Pets
Pets are not allowed on the property. Any violation of this rule will result in a $500 fine, plus additional charges for any damages or extra cleaning required.

Strict Policies
No parties, gatherings, or excessive noise.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit and anywhere on the property.
No commercial or business activities of any kind.
