"Eric’s house was exactly what we needed - a much needed escape into the countryside where all we heard at night was the sound of the frogs. The house is set away from the main road, and perfect spot for our dog to run around. Plenty of sleeping space, and relaxing living areas. We would book again next time we’re in town! "

"We appreciate the opportunity to check in a little early. We arrived sooner than expected. It was an easy drive to local grocery store which minimized the amount of advance meal planning. Two suggestions I would offer include, directions on how to use Roku and that TV uses HDMI 4 for DVD. The second, that mattress on the bed in the loft. I don't think the sleep number settings fully work as the R side of the bed, as you are facing the bed, is permanently sunk. These two things are minor...

"We needed a spot to attend a family memorial in the area. This house was a perfect selection. The weather was a little too wet and chilly to take advantage of the lake fully, unfortunately! "Robin was quick to respond to my questions, and also checked in once we arrived, which I appreciated. The house was perfect (my 4 year old is still asking when we're going back) and it was stocked with many necessary items in the event that a guest may forget something. It made our stay excellent!"

"Residence was perfectly located for visiting family over Christmas. It is a charming home, very clean, very warm and met our needs exceptionally well. The entrance was well lit for locating during our evening arrival. To our surprise, the driveway was plowed every night during our 5 night stay making for easy access during our travels. The yard was as advertised, safe, secure and worked perfectly for our dog. It even had a hot tub!"

"We had a great visit. We were visiting family who live in Cazenovia. It is outside of town, but easy to get many places within 15 mins. Ithace is an hour away. The huge yard was great for the dog. It was hot and the pool was chilly but a relief. There was so much space to visit, play games, inside and out. We were able to enjoy dinners at the table. The coffee bar was a welcome perk. Host was always responsive and accommodating. Would definitely recommend for families."
