"Check in was a struggle. We arrived early and was able to access the beach at the Litchfield beach club. We didn’t receive the 4 pm check in call and our unit didn’t become available until 7pm.The condo was perfect for our 6 person family and its location from the beach was convenient. The beach was quiet and plenty of space. The pool right outside our condo was nice and larger pool was also nice. The condo was well decorated and was as advertised. It accommodated all of our needs. "five stars for sure. It was easy to feel at home from the minute you opened the door. It was relaxed, open floor plan and had all the kitchen stuff you'd want. We are coffee snobs so we brought our own but that's just us. Maybe a list of fav restaurants would be handy, but we loved Frank's so we already knew. The porches were our go-to for morning coffee and evening cocktails. Terrific."

"My husband and I had our (adult) daughter and her boyfriend. The condo was clean, quiet and right at the beach access sidewalk. We were able to do all of the things we wanted. Having the beach access was made this trip one of our favorites."

"Condo was spacious and very clean. Neighborhood quiet, easy going (being off -season.). Grocery store nearby. Condo was very comfortable w great porch, comfortable beds, big bathrooms, each having a tub. Kitchen well-appointed. If coming up from south, have to drive a few north of community to check in but process was easy. There is not an elevator for this second floor unit, fyi, but it’s just two short flights of stairs and parking is footsteps away. Condo was very comfortable, spacious,...

"Great stay. We loved the resort, access to the beach, and the rental. Had everything we needed. A/C stopped working the first day we arrived, but one phone call and they were right on it. Would recommend and would stay here again."
