Additional amenities include: wifi, central HVAC, all major appliances such as washer/dryer, refrigerator, gas stove, oven, 2 dishwashers, beverage cooler, microwave, flat screen TV in the sitting room downstairs, garage for ample parking and storage underneath the house, two enclosed hot/cold water outdoor showers with a toilet and sink, additional washer & dryer underneath house in the storage room, outside dining table that seats 8 comfortably with counter top and sink, screened in porch on the ocean front with rockers, chairs and a hammock.

Recreational Amenities: This home offers a tennis membership which includes tennis, pickle ball, fitness center, pool usage along with food & beverage purchasing at the club. Access to these amenities require registration for a guest account and you can set this up through the DeBordieu club directly. A $200 per day fee will apply.
