Urbano Homestay is a modern design suite-loft fully furnished which has a master bedroom and attached bathroom and a two bedded room with an external bathroom located at the ground floor of the suite. The location is perfectly in the heart of the commercial area of Georgetown and approximately 16km to the north-east of the Penang International Airport. It is an environmental friendly residential areas where there are eateries, convenient stores, 24hours clinic and cafes available.

The space
The suite itself owns a very spacious floor area of 96 sq m (1,033 sq ft). Even with maximum guests of 6 people, you will feel as comfortable as possible to utilise the entire duplex. We emphasise a great standard on the suite cleanliness and hygiene as we want to give the best and comfortable stay to the guest.

Guest access
Guest can easily access the use of the swimming pool and gymnasium which is located at Level 2. There are 2 covered carparks at the basement (contact owner to know the parking lot, we are more than happy to assist you!)

Other things to note
Staying at Urbano Homestay will give you the feeling of security as there are 24 Hours security system, CCTV surveillance system and the police officers are easy to locate for safety purposes. Apart from the safety of being around the area, we also provide some basic medicines, bandage, plasters and antiseptic cream which is in the first aid kit, feel free to use it at your convenience.
