The vacation experience for our Luxury Platinum Collection villas begins with a group airport greeting by private vans (7-day stay required). Our on-island hospitality team can coordinate the delivery of your rental vehicles to the villa in advance. One group airport pickup and drop off is included with your Concierge and Transport fee.
Expansive windows showcase panoramic views of the pool and beach, allowing you to soak in the scenic surroundings from every corner of the home. ***Getting Around*** A rental car is highly recommended. Taxi cabs are unreliable and expensive outside of Seven Mile Beach. Plus, there is no Uber or Lyft on the island. For rental cars, we recommend Budget Cayman, Avis, or Marshalls.
***Villa Cleaning & Sanitation*** All villas are cleaned and sanitized before each guest's arrival. We also ask our owners to provide a starter supply of extra cleaning products. Additional housekeeping services can be purchased after booking in 3-hour time blocks. Scheduling may be coordinated with your property manager upon arrival.
***Beach Notes*** All beaches in Grand Cayman are technically public since the Crown owns up to the high watermark. Be advised, the beach or water entry behind your property may vary slightly from the images displayed due to shifting weather and tide patterns. The next-door beach is also always available for your use. We advise guests to wear foot protection (pool socks or aqua shoes) when entering the ocean to avoid injury on coral heads, ironshore, or rocks.
***Ocean Debris & Sargassum Seaweed*** Beaches in Grand Cayman may also experience floating ocean debris and sargassum weed seasonally. Sargassum is a generally harmless floating seaweed that has increased in frequency in recent years. Although sargassum is an unsightly nuisance, it is largely seasonal in summer. Our owners do make efforts to remove heavy sargassum and will have the beach raked before your arrival.
Should sargassum be extremely heavy behind your property, we will reach out to the owner for alternative solutions which may include a partial refund or relocation. We try our best to work around Mother -- Nature.

My family of 9 plus 2 guests absolutely loved the house and Shamar couldn't be more helpful or responsive. The pictures don't do the house justice. Further, never have we enjoyed a better appointed kitchen. Both of my sons consider themselves amateur chefs and were amazed at all they could find. Our 3 grandchildren loved every part of the pools, game room and bunk beds. Any family or group would love this house and Shamar's service.
