This beautifully furnished private residence is just steps away from the beach and one of the 2 community pools on property. Perfect for family gathering with a private Grill for family BBQs or for that special catch of the day. The 2nd floor spacious master suite includes a master bathroom with dual shower and a jetted bathtub, plus a balcony with views of Elizabeth Harbor. On the main floor, there are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a well equipped kitchen plus a grill on the wrap-around veranda and a great-room style dining and living area.
We are located within February Point Resort Estates, an 80 acre gated community on a peninsular with water views everywhere. February Point is located on Great Exuma Island, just 3 minutes from downtown Georgetown and a 20 minute scenic ride from the airport. We also have a stunning Beach Club with pool, spacious sun deck and in ground Jacuzzi, fabulous dining at Rusty Anchor restaurant, Sea View Day Spa, and the Sales & Rental office located on the point with 180 degree water views. The neighbor hood includes tennis courts, a fitness room and marina.

Iā€™ve stayed in this community many times over the years. This was the worst property I have experienced. It started by me contacting the property manager five days before arrival asking if we could access the property before 4 PM. No response. Morning of Travel, reached out again. No response. Reached out two more times that day and still no response. Finally got in contact with the security office of the community and they informed us that the door was open and keys were on the counter. Not a good start. Many of the amenities they list for the home are amenities available for the community, not specific to the property. Killed a cockroach on the counter on the second day. A lot of of the amenities for the home such as toilet paper, paper, towels, dish soap, were only supplied enough for maybe two days. We asked them for a little bit more and their reply was ā€œwe are not a hotelā€œ. I understand this, but a reasonable supply for six people for a week is a minimum expectation. I would just say buyer beware on this one as there are other properties in the community that are better managed and better taken care of.

We had an amazing time at Feb Point. Relax and enjoy the natural surroundings. Make sure you stop by market and plan to prepare some meals. Restaurant on property is nice but not open everyday.

This is our 3rd time on the island and always try a different area. February point did not disappoint. This home is spacious, clean and beautiful. Location is great.

Great central location with access to beaches north and south. To experience all that Exuma has to offer expect to be away from the house during daylight. House has everything needed to cook meals if you donā€™t want to eat out. Great pool across the street. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Would come back in a heartbeat. Amazing blue water!!!

Overall we had a nice stay at this property and the house was as described. Cleanliness could have been better- I found some items left from previous guests under the bed and behind a chair that really show the ā€œquick cleanā€ that was done prior to our arrival. February point amenities need some work, the pool is green from what I assume to be algae and the beach is fine but is not nearly as nice as other beaches nearby. The communication with the property management was great as they resolved some issues/challenges our family had. However, I would definitely not stay at this property again as they do not have a generator and we had 3 power outages within 5 days. one outage was more than 24 hours and it was so uncomfortably hot we had to check into a hotel.

The house suited our family needs well - our son brought a buddy, so the 2 twin beds worked well for them, and our daughter had her own room and bath. Everything in the house was in good working order and we especially liked that the wifi had a battery back up as the power went out several times, but we could still connect online. On the negative side, I did not like the master bedroom on the second floor, and the pool near the house was closed for repair (not noted prior to arrival.) The restaurant was also closed on Sunday, when we arrived. In general, the community was nice, but the marina area did not appear to be in good condition.

Tried several times to talk with Manager and Management Company. They were unwilling to return calls and directly communicate. We had complaints that went unanswered.. We did not get to realize all of the amenities listed.

House is right across from a pool and beach, wonderful for kids. The house is also great but the upstairs bedroom is not ideal for kids as the stairs are a bit steep. Kitchen was stocked well, we cooked nearly all our meals. We have friends cruising on a sailboat who visited and beached their dinghy right out front. We rented a little boat and docked it overnight at Feb point marina for a reasonable price. Great experience!

Words cannot describe the amazing experiences we had. The staff was so friendly and attentive. A special shout out has to be given for Kaymark. He goes above and beyond! The house is just as described and even more so. We will be back!!!

The location was a great central location and Kaymark was a fantastic host. He was able to give us the lay of the land, and gave us some great ideas to see and do. Very responsive when ever we had a question or needed anything. Thank you Kaymark!!! Some issues with cost for our Covid test to return back to the US, so everyone should make sure they understand what is or isnā€™t covered with the Visa.

I think this is the first time in my life where the pictures of the property don't do it justice. It was absolutely gorgeous. February Point is one of the prettiest locations I've ever stayed in, and it's right next to George Town, which is basically the center of Great Exuma. We ate out in town several nights, but the Rusty Anchor at February Point was the highlight for us every time...about a five minute walk from the house. We rented a boat at Minns Water Sports and realized it was easiest to drive it back to the Marina at February Point to pick up our whole crowd than to bring everyone into George Town, which gets a little crowded particularly after a holiday weekend. The rental staff we dealt with were as wonderful as the home we stayed in...we dealt with Renae, who was a rock star.

We got in quite late and Renae accommodated us by making us feel welcome and arranging some groceries for us at the property. The layout of the villa and the design is really nice, gives you a sense of relaxation just by being there. The next morning we were in awe of the nice views from the villa, the overall location and proximity to George Town and easy reach (by car) to other island landmarks. Renae also arranged a water tour for us which helped us see more of Exuma's beautiful cays. There's beach access less than 1 minute walk, as well as a public pool nearby. We really enjoyed our stay in Exuma to which staying at this villa contributed greatly! Thanks to Renae for being a great host!
