"AC was inconsistent, felt much warmer than what the temperature was reading. The keys were deactivated around 10:30a even though checkout was at 11a. The water in the shower took about 5-10minutes to warm up"

"The ac was not working in the actual hotel itself but thankfully the rooms were cool. We always try to stay at Home 2 Suites when we travel especially in other states. The College Station location seems subpar compared to the many others we’ve stayed at previously."

"Good location, very close to Texas A&M. Nice breakfast. The hotel is old and in the process of remodeling. Therefore, the hallway is very dirty and get a lot of construction noise."

"Hotel was very clean, rooms spacious, the AC was amazing in the room! The only issue was upon check-in, we arrived 45 minutes before 3 and was rudely told by lady at front desk that there would be a $25 fee for early check-in. Before I booked this hotel, I called and ask about early check-in and was told it was okay if our room was available! I asked the lady if our room was available and she said it was but she couldn’t check us in early without the fee. We waited in our car until 3. She is...

"O Hotel é bem limpo e o atendimento é muito gentil e profissional. Os quartos são amplos, embora o banheiro de onde ficamos pudesse ter sido reformado e ter mais agua saindo do chuveiro. O café da manhã foi o ponto fraco, não tendo muitas opções. Fora isso, o hotel é adequado. "
