I told the owner who was an Indian guy gave me an American name and gave me the fifth degree when i told him the computer nor printer wasn’t working. Instead of apologizing he gave me 3 reasons why his hotel is different and stood on his hotel has a business office area and most others don’t. So arrogant that he missed the fact that his business area devices don’t work!"
