Very central, located in the most elegant and quiet area of the historic center, a stone's throw from the Carlo Felice theater, the main tourist destinations and convenient to public services. In a few minutes, on foot, you can reach Piazza De Ferrari, Via Garibaldi, with the splendid palaces of the Rolli, the area of the ancient port and the aquarium, the viewpoint of esplanade Castelletto or get lost in the maze of Genoese 'caruggi' that have inspired by the most famous songs by Fabrizio De Andre '.
The pearls of the Riviera can be reached by boats that leave regularly from the ancient port, or by train taking advantage of the proximity to both railway stations.
The area is entirely pedestrian, but paid parking is a few minutes away.
A living room with sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchenette equipped with basic necessities, a spacious double bedroom and a bathroom with shower complete the apartment.
