Le Clos Eugenie - Charmante maison avec jardin et vue sur la Loire

We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Gennes-Val-de-Loire, this charming house, with sight on the Loire, of a surface of 45 m ² and being able to accomodate until four travellers. It is composed of a nice living room of 23 m², equipped kitchen, a nice bedroom, a shower room and you can enjoy a garden of about 40 m². Wifi, sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:

On the ground floor :
- A room with a queen-size bed (160x200).
- A bathroom with shower and toilet.

On the first floor :
- A living room of 23 m² with TV, sofa bed (double), armchair and dining area.
- An open kitchen equipped with : electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, induction cooker, Nespresso coffee machine...

Outside with a view of the Loire River:
- A beautiful enclosed garden of 40 m², facing West with garden furniture at disposal.
- A terrace of 10 m², facing West, accessible from the first floor with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days and sunsets.

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, baby bed, ironing board and iron. - Welcome gifts will be provided on site.

The house is ideally located between Saumur and Angers, in the commune of Gennes-Val-de-Loire, in a very pleasant environment. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops but also of boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Activities :
Set out to discover the rich heritage of the Loire-Anjou-Touraine regional nature park, between emblematic monuments and wine estates as far as the eye can see, let your desires guide you!
Start with a visit to the city of Saumur, the French capital of horses and home of the Cadre Noir, the national riding school; discover the Royal Abbey of Fontevraud, founded in 1101.
Continue your journey with the discovery of the Troglodytes de la Sablière which will immerse you for a moment in an amazing place, artistic and full of history. Then, make a detour to the charming town of Doué La Fontaine before learning more about Loire wines by participating in a visit to a domain and a tasting of the region's jewels!
Nature lovers will be able to take advantage of their stay to discover the Loire by bike from the house and walk on the GR3.
If you want to get a bit of height, go for a first flight or a microlight tour and admire the splendid landscapes of the plain which are offered to you!
You can also go to Angers, capital of Anjou and stroll to discover the castles of the Loire, by criss-crossing the wine roads and by relaxing on the banks of the river!

Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park directly outside within the property which can accommodate 2 vehicles of all types.

As for other means of transportation, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Rosiers sur Loire station located at 9 km and Saumur station located at 16 minutes by car. 2 hours by train from Paris via Tours or Angers.
- Nearest airport: Tours - Val de Loire airport located 1h10 away by car.

- The accommodation is not accessible for people with reduced mobility.
- Pets are allowed in the accommodation (2 maximum).
- The cleaning at the end of the stay includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean the appliances after use.
- The owners can communicate with you in French, English, German and Italian.
