"Our family needed a place to stay for a family gathering in a nearby town. The location was great and we loved being right on the lake. The living areas/kitchen are very spacious. Beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed. We wished we had more time to just hang out. Communication with the hosts was great. We will definitely stay again! "

"Stayed with our family of 6 and 2 grandparents. Visited the Spam museum - would recommend it. Plan 1/2 hr to 2 hours if you like to be detailed. Good interaction for kids."

"Owner was easy to chat with. I liked all the amenities. Great bathroom. I liked that condiments and coffee were in the fridge. And, the house is in a nice and safe location. Perfect little park across the street with a creek running through it. "

"Have stayed in several vrbos over thw years. This would rank as my favorite. The house was updated and very cozy. I feel like he thought of everything! Beds comfortable. Nice place to relax. We have family that lives in Albert Lea forward to staying there again! "

"We stayed at Nick’s place for a month and a half and had a wonderful experience. The location was perfect—right downtown with easy access to the lake, park, restaurants, and shops, all just a short walk away. The rental was clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with all the essentials we needed. Nick was a great host, always helpful and quick to respond to any questions. We’d definitely recommend staying here and would happily come back again!"

"My mom and I stayed here while we were in town for a book signing. It's an old home that has been upgraded, but still feels unique (the floors are beautiful). It's the perfect size for 2-3 people. The heat lamp in the bathroom is great. Nice quiet neighborhood and within walking distance to downtown and the library! Fair warning that the washer and dryer are not free (coin-operated), so if you had a longer stay, be prepared for that! "

"Okay. So this house is owned by someone who no longer lives in MN. A cleaning company/person was hired to clean the house but when we got there the house was clean in the sense that there wasn’t trash or belongings everywhere but the house was filthy in the sense that there were cobwebs everywhere, literally everywhere. Dust on everything. The beds didn’t have proper sheets on them and some had holes. The freezer had items that looked old and gross. I informed the property owner so she was aware...
