This townhome is steps away from gorgeous Lake Erie Sunsets! Stay close enough to all of the action with the comforts of peaceful evenings.

Located between the east end of the GOTL Strip and Indian Creek Resort & Campground.

All guest receive 10% off Sunset Taxi services when picked up from a Sunset Vacation Rental property. Private tours are also available to visit local attractions and wineries.

Specifically for all Sunset Vacation Rentals guest street legal 6 seater golf carts are available for our guest to reserve and rent during their stay.

During your stay, we ask that you please:

• Do not use hair dye of any kind.
• Do not use bath linens to clean up any messes or spills.
• Pet owners – please refrain from allowing pets on furniture or bedding.
• Please clean up after your pet(s), both indoors and in the yard.
• Put any and all trash bags in the can outside.
• Pets are allowed in our units marked pet friendly only. A pet, or any evidence of a pet found on the property, that was not previously disclosed by charging you the pet fee and can result in immediate eviction. DOGS ONLY- maximum 2 dogs, unless previously authorized.
• Please note, this home is near Lake Erie, so you may encounter outdoor insects like spiders or mosquitoes. Refunds will not be issued due to area insects.

Great location . Close to strip and located in a quiet area. Only issue we had was place was not as clean as we’re used to but we did our own light cleaning upon arrival and had no issues .

Great weekend stay

The condo was amazingly clean. I was impressed by how roomy it is. The owner texted me the directions and door code twice to be sure I had it. The condo was easy to find and is in a nice neighborhood about 1 mile from the strip. The only drawback is you have to climb 13 steps to get into the condo from the garage. There was a good supply of kitchen ware and bath towels. I would rent this condo again. It’s a good value. The discount for a Sunset taxi was nice. We booked a driver for 4 hours on Sunday and had a great time.

Great location: close to strip and beach

House was in a great location. About 5 minutes to the strip and about 10 minutes to the beach. Clean and spacious. Easy check in/out procedures. Linens and towels provided.

Clean, spacious, convenient

We enjoyed our stay here; the property was comfortable and clean, with a spacious main area. The directly accessible garage was a nice bonus. The kitchen could have been better stocked; a few more pots and pans would have been nice. The location is a walkable distance to the Geneva on the Lake main area, and a short drive to sveral beach options.

Convenient, quiet, well-suited for the dog

This was one of the few places in GOTL that accepted pets. I thought I would be disappointed that it was so far away from the activity, but it turned out to be a blessing because it was luxuriously quiet after departing the main drag. The entire condo has luxury vinyl flooring which was impervious to the dog running across the floor. It was adequately and comfortably furnished. There was adequate parking for two cars outside and a garage was available if needed. We received the access code a couple of days prior to arrival so check in was quick and painless. Minor issues: a couple of light bulbs in the living room were burned out and had to be replaced and one of the bedroom blinds was missing a wand. As I said, minor issues. The rental agent was responsive to the light bulbs but I neglected to mention the wand.

More spacious than expected and very close to all essentials

We had a lovely stay to visit nearby family for the holidays with our two dogs. The rental was very clean and spacious and we enjoyed two nights of comfortable rest. Immediately before our arrival there was a large snowstorm but thankfully we arrived to a plowed driveway, safe shoveled sidewalks, and a warm, inviting interior. Thanks so much! We'll definitely stay again.

Convenient and Cozy

Great place to stay, perfect location for GOTL. Far enough away from the strip yet short enough drive to it. The property Manager (Rebekah) was very communicative. Only quip was cleanliness of the bedrooms, which was brought to Rebekah's attention and she promptly responded that it would be taken care of. Overall would recommend the property for a small family.

Great little Get Away

We had a great time here in this VRBO. It was very clean, bed was comfy. Everything is as pictured on the add. Just note, its a duplex so you will hear some noise depending on how your neighbors are, if its rented as well. Their garage door is also under your master bedroom. They opened their door at 2 am when we were there and of course that woke us up and they were a little loud but we knew we were renting a duplex. Overall , The place is very nice and in a great location.

Different but comfortable

There were some aspects of the property that could have been cleaner.. the couch was covered in crumbs when we got there. And I didn’t realize it was attached to another rental unit. Fortunately my parents coincidentally rented the other unit so they didn’t mind our crying infant through the wall, but another tenant definitely would have. So not a bad thing but just something that is hard to tell from photos. Just another thing to note- lots of steep stairs from the driveway to the house. Location was very convenient. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. We would stay here again.

Recent Stay

This was a nicely laid out property and easy to access. Off street parking and access to a garage was appreciated. AC was already on an running when we arrived on a very hot day. Everything was in working order and the book was easy to follow. I wish there had been a heads up prior to arrival that there were no shampoo or body soap onsite. All other cleaning products were readily available and provided (handsoap, laundry detergent, dishwasher pods, etc...). Other than that it was a great stay and we would come back again!
