Terrible service. I booked the shuttle service twice- in October upon booking and a few hours before arrival. Both were confirmed, they even got my mobile number. It was the hotel that emailed us that we were booked for the 11:15 pm shuttle service only to wait in the cold on a snowy winter night for more than 30 minutes and find out they did not send their driver to fetch us. When we called the hotel, we expected them to rectify their mistake and send the driver to fetch us but no, we just had to fend for ourselves. I could never comprehend the incompetence and inefficiency of the people in charge of this. Why would you schedule to pick up a client at an agreed date and time when you don’t intend to carry it out? It was scheduled since October or 3 months ahead, followed up on check in day. What was equally alarming was the way the managers handled the problem. They did not even bother to know what went wrong the following morning regarding this incident because they still did not know what happened and just attributed it to human error. A human error it is, but whose? How? No wonder there seems to be no other guests in the hotel if this is the kind of service they provide. They are unreliable. I will never stay here again and I will tell my friends to stay away, not wanting them to experience the unjust vexation and stress of waiting for an agreed upon booking they did not honor, a service they should have provided. They took away some time and joy from my vacation.
