Great View and Location !!!
A very well decorated and super clean house...one of the best VRBO properties that we have stayed at !!! The view is spectacular !!! Had it been a better time of year, being outside (which we always like to do) would have been amazing...the firepit area (with supplied firewood as a bonus) was outstandiing...and the waterfront area was beautiful (although a steep slope down to it). Alas, our weekend ended up being cold, rainy and windy but we enjoyed the place very much. The only downsides were the tight parking (but that is what the waterfront properties are all like) and the living room furniture just isn't very comfortable to sit on. But those were not enough to change the rating....a definite 5 STAR property !!!!!

Winter at the Lake
Even though the weather wasn't the greatest, the lake was beautiful and the house was great! Very clean and room for all of us. Will definitely rent there again!!

Great Lake side location with beautiful view
While we enjoyed our stay, there were a few things that need attention. Something was spilled and burnt in the oven, so the smoke alarm went off any time we used it. The chandeliers were noticeably dusty, and there were bugs on the bathroom windowsill. The kitchen supplies were very basic - would recommend adding a pasta strainer. It was very cold while we were there and since the fireplace unit wasn’t functioning ( which had been mentioned in the renting info) wall heater couldn’t keep the living room warm. There were lots of towels, the beds were super comfy, and the view was spectacular! We enjoyed our stay.

Girl’s Annual Weekend
I would highly recommend this property! The location was ideal within walking distance to all of the fun and activities. Home was very clean with so many amenities. Owner gave immediate responses to any questions we had. The home had amazing views of the lake!!

Beautiful views
Very nice stay on Lake Erie. We enjoyed coffee every morning on the back porch and sat around the fire at night. The house is like the pictures and had everything we needed for a get away.

Great Location and Fantastic View
The view leaves you speechless. A great place for relaxtion during the off season. Walking distance from all of the shops when open. We loved the space and felt comfortable. At night you can see the lighthouses and the reflection of the moon on the lake was breath taking. The sound of the water will put you to sleep at night.

We really enjoyed being in such close proximity to the strip, but we’re mostly captivated by being right on the lake. This is a great home to witness beautiful sunsets and fall asleep to the Lake Erie waves

Fun at Geneva on the lake
It was great!! Wish i would have booked wed- Sunday. More stores would have probably been open. Had a great time anyway. Pub crawl was fun. Can’t wait to come back… hopefully next year and try to book the same place.. very comfortable and great locations ,u can walk everywhere.

Family Vacation in GOTL
Has to be one of the best locations to stay in GOTL! Beautiful views of the lake, within walking distance of everything you need and want to do, the house was so cute with big windows, and the host was attentive and helpful. Really wonderful place for a family getaway!

Beautiful view
This lakeside cottage was just as described. The direct lakefront view is gorgeous inside and outside the home. Lots of chairs that are easily accessible to enjoy the view or walk down the hill to the water. Close to so many local restaurants and activities for the kids. The house was clean and beds were comfortable. We had a nice stay here.

Just okay.
The location has its pros and cons. I like the lake setting, but there is zero privacy. People are constantly walking down to the lakefront like they own the property. I guess because they think if they can see the lake it's okay to walk down to the lakefront while invading your privacy. I had to share the sunset the first night with people standing down at the lakefront as I listened to what their plans were for the weekend. Not ideal.The second night we tried the firepit, but we had to listen to the family that lives directly in the house that is attached to a carport to the rental. I'm not sure if they own this rental or what the deal is and I think it's cool that they were having fun, but again I don't want to listen to that while I'm trying to have a peaceful evening. The property on the right( if you're facing) the lake had all new mulch put down and the smell was terrible. It was hard to be outside for any length of time after they did that. I'm not saying rental is a bad place, but this is not the type of vacation I want. Not for me.

Awesome time!
What a view! This place is great for a getaway and you can’t ask for a better location. Roomy and clean, 2 full bathrooms was a perk, plenty of extra space for an air mattress if needed. Beds need a mattress topper, not much padding left on them. Everything else was perfect! Highly recommend!

Escape to the Lake
Everything about this vacation stay was great. The location, on Lake Erie, was fabulous. We were lucky enough to see three spectacular sunsets! The house was very clean and adorable. The evenings around the fire-pit were so enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this property for anyone looking for a fabulous Lake Erie escape.

Much needed time away
The location and house were absolutely beautiful. My daughter and I needed some time away from everyday life. The view was incredible. I would definitely recommend staying here. Being able to look out the windows and see the water and hearing the waves was calming.

We visited off-season, so most places on the strip were closed. It was still a great getaway for us. Easy drive to Cleveland, wineries close by. We loved sitting out and watching the water crash.

Very nice house. We worked while staying here for a month. Most of Geneva activities were closed for the season, but it was not a distraction. The only downside of the property was a lack of bedside tables (bedroom size does not accommodate them) We wear sleep machines and it was difficult to engineer something. Loved the coffee bar!!

Long Weekend in GOTL
This is a fantastic property. Beautiful views of Lake Erie. We stayed off-season, but the property is within walking distance of all the restaurants and attractions that GOTL has to offer. Four bedrooms, two large bathrooms, and all the amenities of home. We had an incredible weekend!

Fully modernized home with amazing views.
We booked this property in the cold season to unwind in front of the lake, and this location was perfect. Hosts were really great at replying quickly to our questions, the floor plan is super open and it has a complete kitchen. It felt fresh and renovated not stuffy at all. We’d definitely like to come back and see what the area is like during the summer season. Thumbs up for the house and the host.

Wonderful unobstructed views of Lake Erie, perfect fall weather, . and close access to Geneva State Parks trails, makes for a beautiful nature trip. The beds were comfy, but the upstairs rooms are tiny. The first floor is large enough to have several activities at once going on comfortably.and Our only problems were with the internet

The property was in a good location. Excellent view of Lake Erie. Home was clean. Bathrooms were very nice as was the kitchen, dining area and living room. Great deck on lake side and the backyard fire pit was wonderful. They even provided the wood. My only complaint were the bedrooms. Rooms were very small and bedding could use some upgrading.

Great Property
We stayed here for a girls weekend and everyone loved the house. There is a beautiful lake view which we were able to see breathtaking sunrises from. Nice patio and fire pit area for morning and evening relaxing. House was clean and well stocked with anything you may need. Rooms were nice and comfortable, beautifully updated showers (we loved the downstairs mirror with a Bluetooth speaker!). Great walking access to the local attractions and restaurants. Fast response from the property manager as well with any questions we had. Everyone in our group commented that we would all stay here again.
