Lake Erie Vistas is the premier lakefront property of Geneva on the Lake and unit #309 is the newest of the 47 units. Classy, clean, spacious and modern, this condo has a great view of the beach and lake which is a perfect setting for coffee and a sunrise or wine and a sunset. Just a 5 minute drive to the famous "Strip" or 15 minutes to Bridge Street and Ashtabula County's best restaurants. Take a look at our pictures and see exactly what we have to offer.

Rule #1 Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. No behavior that is an unreasonable nuisance or unreasonable annoyance to other occupants will be tolerated.

Rule #2 Basket Carts and Hand Trucks (which are convertible to flat dolly) are provided for your convenience. Immediately after use, please return the carts/hand trucks to their original place next to the elevator in the lobby so that they will be available to other renters and unit owners.

Rule #3 Bikes may not be parked in the hallways but must be parked in outside bike racks or in condominium units.

Rule #4 No items shall be thrown from balconies. Due to falling risk, no items shall be hung or laid on balcony rails.

Rule #5 Each condominium is permitted to use no more than twoĀ parkingĀ spaces during peak season (from May 1 to Sept 30). Each vehicle must fit in a single parking space.Ā Jet ski trailers, boat trailers, etc. must fit within a single parking space and be included within the two-space maximum per condominium. All spaces are on a first come, first serve basis. Only non-commercial vehicles are permitted to park overnight.

Rule #6 Smoking within common areas inside of the building is prohibited.Ā Ā If smoking outside the building, you must provide your own ashtrays or other appropriate means of disposing of cigarette butts.

Rule #7 Under no circumstance should trash be left outside of unit door; make sure all trash is bagged, tied, and placed inside the dumpster. Posted trash rules must be followed.

Rule #8 Posted Beach rules must be followed.

*No lifeguard on duty - swim at your own risk - beware of strong undertow.Ā 
*Do not climb or jump on pier or break walls.Ā 
*No glass of any kind allowed in the beach area. Plastic containers or cans only.Ā 
*The lake is dangerous and can be lethal - please respect it.
Please respect our investment and be considerate of others:Ā 
*Wash all sand from yourself, and children and beach toys at the beach wash station.
*Clean up trash when leaving beach.Ā 
*Do not leave beach chairs in water. Return them to beach near south rocks.
*Respect our neighborhood property. LEV property line ends at rocks on both sides.

Rule #9 Posted Pool Rules must be followed.
For your safety:Ā Ā 
*No lifeguard on duty swim at own risk.
*No unsupervised swimming.
*No diving. Diving may result in permanent injury or death.
*No running, jumping,Ā dunkingĀ or horseplayĀ in orĀ aroundĀ theĀ poolĀ 
*No glass in pool area.
*Tight fitting rubber pants over diapers or swim diapers are required on persons using the pool who are incontinent and/or not toilet trained.

Rule #10 HOA provided grills and fire pits cannot be moved from the designated locations. Fires must be extinguished after use. HOA provided grills must be wiped down after use. Only electric grills and heaters permitted on balconies and patios.

Absolutely beautiful!

This condo was absolutely amazing. You have literally everything you needed already there. It was quiet and so peaceful. The pool was heated and very clean. The balcony views were absolutely amazing. Couldn't have asked for anything more. There is also a washer and dryer in the unit. I came home with a family of four with all clean clothes and no laundry to do!! The host Debbie was so kind and you can tell she truly takes pride in making people feel welcomed and wants to make you feel at home. BEST vacation we have ever had.

Lovey getaway

Condo was lovely. Beautiful view of the lake. Ideal kitchen for cooking and conversation. Nice options including turbo powered air-fryer. Indoor pool was really nice, with a great view of the lake. "Workout room" was out in the open, in the lobby. So we did not end up using it. But, that did not detract from our overall experience. Would definitely return and recommend.

Perfect Winter Getaway

My husband and I wanted to get away for a quick weekend with our three kids. The condo was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked for all the cooking we did. My kids loved the pool and the access to the beach for the lake was so convenient. Although it was cold, it was still beautiful to be by the water. Over all it was a great stay. Communication was clear and great customer service all around!

Fall Girls Trip at GOTL

Great stay! Loved the accommodations. Had everything we needed in the unit. . Great water views and relaxing to sit on the balcony. The beds were comfortable. Close to the strip, wineries, and covered bridges. Indoor pool was a plus. Two fire pits with plenty of seating outside on the beach area. Two unique finds were Maggie’s Doughnuts in Madison OH and Miss Candy and the red berry candy shoppe. Tuesdays at 5 pm is wing night at Grand River Manor pub. Good food and outdoor music at Sporterz’s Bar & Grill. Tasty pizza at Zeppe's Pizzeria on the strip. Debbie, the manager, had great communication and easy to work with. We will be back!

Anniversary weekend

The unit was clean overall but there was mold in the hall bathroom tub area. We also had trouble accessing the WiFi. The managers son was able to get us on with one of our phones but when we left and came back we couldn’t access WiFi again. Overall, we had a very nice weekend.

Relaxing Weekend

Loved our stay at this condo! Beautiful accommodations, quiet building, sound of waves lapping out side the balcony door - doesn't get any better than that! Throw in a couple wineries that we were able to try out and you've got a fun and relaxing weekend! Definitely plan to come back in the future!

Spectacular condo!

We were blown away by the spaciousness and contemporary decor. Laundry room, walk in closet, electric fireplace, wine refrigerator were unexpected. The condo was very well stocked with all the necessities , and then some! You can not have a room any closer to the beach! Spectacular view and sunset! We had fun making smores at the firepit.

Wish I could give 6 stars!!

The whole experience was a gem. Debbie was amazing to work with and it was great communicating with her. The place was very clean, had everything we needed and the view was beautiful! Every year we choose somewhere to go for our anniversary. From now on we already know we will be staying here. Our search is over. The photos and our review are not enough to describe this place. Top notch staff and we got more than we paid for. It was a pleasant surprise. Thank you again. We will definitely be back and would highly recommend anyone we know, especially if Debbie is still managing these properties.

Great communication with Debbie prior to and during stay. We did purchase the shuttle around the wineries one day and Brandon did a wonderful job. Unit was immaculate and was stocked with everything we needed!

Girls weekend

The trip included myself, my daughter, daughter-in-law, and future daughter-in-law. The condo is absolutely beautiful and stocked with top of the line appliances . View was beautiful. We had a fantastic wine tour, dinner, and spent the evenings chatting, playing games, and sipping wine. Debbie was very kind and helpful. My one minor irritant was that the refrigerator smelled like fish. I would definitely rent with this hostess again.

Amazing views, beautiful place

Our stay was amazing! The condo was gorgeous. The kitchen is brand new, beautiful finishes everywhere, pretty decor. The beds and furniture are comfortable. The condo is well supplied. The view is stunning. We saw a beautiful sunset on the lake. Debbie is the manager and she's a great communicator. This is the third time we have stayed here. 10/10 recommend!
