Bring a bicycle or walk to the River Bike Path that takes you into St. Charles or Batavia. Wifi and Cable included.

This is a small, 2nd floor, 2 bedroom unit with kitchen and living room and pull out couch. Entire apartment with shared front porch and backyard. There is a ring Video Doorbell. Tampering with or blocking said camera will result in immediate termination of rental.
