"The room was clean, entire staffs were awesome. Front desk clerks are welcoming, professional and they’ll go out of their way to assist. Bell men on top of things and polite. "When I made the reservation I chose a room with a king size bed, but when I got to the hotel they weren't really interested in giving me the room I've reserved because the reservation was made thru Expedia. The front desk lady said that it was a "special request" and they had the option to not provide it, they only gave me a 2 single bed room which is cheaper. So disappointed.
Appears that making the reservation thru Expedia will ensure me some headache in the future as hotels don't care and...

"Hotel is located in the heart of Makati nightlife. Everything needed is on the street (banks, convenience stores, fast food)
Breakfast is excellent - good variety as dishes change each day.
Service is outstanding. Decent fitness center. Room is great with good shower and wifi. Air conditioning is good.
There are only two elevators for the entire hotel so have to wait.
A great deal at the price."

"Pre booked and pre paid a queen size bed in a standard room. I was expecting exactly that, not more. They tried to push me to a single bed standard room for no reason. I refused, reception said it was overbooked. Told them it wasn’t my fault, if they don’t have the same room, give me a better room, or refund me the difference if they send me to a single. Magically appears a queen size bed standard room. Lost 30min in this mission… Next day, went for dinner in the hotel restaurant: refused entry,...
