"The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, even with the chaos of several 12-year-olds running around, which I definitely appreciated. They handled everything with patience and a positive attitude. That said, the cleanliness of the room could use some improvement. When we arrived, there was hair in the bathroom sink and dried contacts left on the nightstand, which made it feel like the room hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned before our stay."

Not hospitable at all. Took over 30 minute to get the coffee refilled. Staff was in there phone and when asked if there was more coffee she definitely didn’t get in a hurry to make any. "

"This is now our stay place on the way to Texas. Friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms, good breakfasts!"

"Had to pay daily Park Entry fee for each day in private cabin adding cost to for entire week. Kitchen sink has no water pressure. Coffee pot was not cleaned when cabin closed for winter season so it was full of mold. Went out and bought my own."

"The room was clean and the A/C worked well. It was quiet. The breakfast was disappointing - cold cereal, waffles and toast. I did not see any fresh fruit, eggs, sausage or bacon and no bagels or pastries. The only ice machine was on the first floor and the pool was closed due to renovations, which the hotel desperately needs. The hotel needs new paint and showers. The staff did mot acknowledge customers at the breakfast area in the morning. "
