"The location was fabulous and our room had an amazing view over the beach. We had dinner in the bar area and had a window seat overlooking the sea. The food was wonderful and the staff worked really hard to provide excellent service. Harriet was chatty, friendly and really concscientious and is a real credit to the team. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay."

"Perfect for an overnight stop along the Ceredigion Coast Path. The breakfast tray was very welcome as nothing was open for breakfast when I left (it was Sunday and I left at 8am as I was going all the way to Aberaeron). Also appreciated having a kettle in the room to make numerous cups of tea! Only minor issue was that I found the room cold, even with the heater on. And after a long day on the trail, I really wanted to be cosy and warm."

The room was a single and clean, although the decor was dated (the description did say it was a Victorian building). I had breakfast both mornings at The Galley Restaurant which was an all you can eat. The food was hot and fresh and had everything you would expect for a buffet restaurant. "Easy to self-check in, perfect location, and lovely, clean rooms. The views are wonderful no matter where you're situated in the hotel. I've stayed here many times and will be back for many more. My only minor complaint is that it's a shame the car park isn't subsidised. Other than that, I can't fault this place. "
