"The apartment itself was excellent - very comfortable with lots of space. Location was great with some excellent restaurants nearby. A place called Do Belo was our favourite and within 5 minutes walk. Staff were brilliant, but the check in process was a bit complicated as we arrived after 8pm. We had to go to the sister hotel to pick up our room keys before going to the hotel itself. "The owner was very nice and accommodating. The parking was very conveniently located on the property. The property was stocked very well. When we requested a fan, the owner immediately brought one to us! Overall a very good experience! We would definitely return. "

"No dia da nossa chegada, o quarto estava a 32 graus e o ar condicionado portátil não foi suficiente para refrescar o espaço. Ficámos no último andar, o que significou subir 52 degraus com duas crianças e malas — bastante cansativo. Apesar de nos terem informado que a limpeza seria diária, isso não aconteceu; apenas nos trouxeram toalhas limpas quando pedimos. O quarto podia também estar mais bem limpo (pó nos candeeiros e debaixo da cama!). O ponto positivo foi a cama, muito confortável."
