"We were pleasantly surprised to find a place to stay with our family that was VERY clean, well equipped, roomy, and better than staying in more expensive hotels without our own kitchen. The owner was attentive,easy to communicate with and accomodating to our grandkids visiting with animals on his farm. We plan to stay here again on our next visit to Sight & Sound. Highly recommended!"

"This place is adorable, everyone loved it. Would definitely book this place again it was so peacetime and serene. Beautiful sunrise over the cornfield. The only thing was the amount of cobwebs and several large spiders within the home that had to be relocated but ‘tis the season. The place had everything for a comfortable stay. "

"It’s in the absolute best location possible to all the sites. The owner provides electric bikes, which is an excellent feature for touring the Amish. The house is very pet friendly and the host responds to any questions immediately. The fire pit area was super cozy, and the hot tub was very clean. The front porch was amazing to sit out and watch the Amish buggies go by. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend to anybody else. "

"The property was very nice, clean, cozy and qtuie. Deck furniture needed some repairs. The actual inside was very nice, everything we needed was there. Owner left us a hummy shoofly pie. We were very comfortable. Only thing we would suggest is having tge TV in the common area, not in bedroom. No eazy for 4 adult's to watch TV on a rainy evening."

"Very well-equipped kitchen. Amazing laundry room. Spacious rooms-I was able to fit a full-size folding table in the dining area with room to spare. Great outdoor space. Close to tourist sites and markets. My family ages 2 to 59 loved it! Only negative was noise at night from the road that runs by the house, but you get used to it and there are SO MANY pluses."

"The Carriage House was an excellent choice for my husband I to enjoy all that we wanted to accomplish while spending time in Lancaster! It is located very close to all the areas to shop, restaurants, and entertainment venues. It displays a warm welcome upon entering, cozy, and clean. The kitchen area provided us all we needed and more during our stay. The host communicated well with all aspects of our stay. The Carriage House was a home away for home!"
