"We absolutely loved the cabin it was secluded and a beautiful location. The bed was very comfortable, the hot tub was amazing, and the resident kittens and their momma cat were very entertaining. I would not recommend trying to find the cabin in the dark lol!! The only real issue we had was we didn't realize there were stairs going down to the cabin but it was ok we made it work!! Lisa is absolutely amazing and answered all my annoying questions. We had an amazing stay!!!!! "

"David and his family were the perfectHosts. The home was clean and very spacious for our group. The boys enjoyed the back yard and sitting on the porch counting horses. Host was very responsive to questions. Our family was fortunate enough to visit their farm. Spent about an hour getting to know them. Unfortunately we didn’t get to meet the wife/Mother but their children were amazing and friendly. Hopefully next time! The boys left feeling like they had a new friend. We will definitely check...

The home's personality was so inviting, and the restful porches were used to take in the beauty of the homestead. Thank you for this amazing vacation!!"

"I was looking for a comfortable place to stay with my son and his friends who were playing in a nearby volleyball tournament. The house was just as described and had everything we needed for cooking in, relaxing outside, and grilling. I was very pleasantly surprised with the neighborhood in Phoenixville. Bridge Street, a short walk from the house, is open to pedestrians only on weekend evenings and had lots of nice shops, restaurants, and live music. There are plenty of cafes all around the...

We loved hearing and seeing the carriages go by and also just seeing the Amish walk up and down the road and around their properties you could not have asked for a better location to enjoy the Amish community yet have privacy of your own.The cabin is beautiful and so appeasing to the eye it is decorated to perfection we especially love the attitude touches of the Keurig coffee and...

"I booked this property for a time of retreat and it is absolutely perfect for that. Being inside feels like being in a peaceful cocoon. It was spotlessly clean and perfectly appointed with what one needs for a weekend stay. Definitely ideal for a single traveler or a couple. Highly recommend!"

"We stayed at the Homestead Guesthouse while visiting family in the area and what a treat it was. The home was perfect for our family - incredibly clean, well stocked and immaculately cared for. "The cabin on the hill is a beautiful tiny home. It is very clean and more spacious than you would think. The hot tub and other out door amenities just add to the charm. It was in a very central location to enjoy all yhat Lancaster County has to offer. "

Outside there was a beautiful patio that had chairs and a hammock that you can relax in. There was a n awesome area for the fire pit. The property was licated in a very quiet neighborhood. "
