"The property was exactly as advertised and contained everything we needed for our stay. The location was very convenient -only 15 mins out of Jindabyne and less than half an hour to Kosciuszko NP. The tiny house was surrounded by bushland and farmland, and there was plenty of wildlife spotting. Craig was welcoming and accommodating, and his thoughtfulness in establishing the accommodation is evident. I would definitely recommend Big Yard Escapes as a peaceful getaway from the city or the grind. "

"Beautiful scenery and nature. Many kangaroos.Unfortunately the bathroom was very smelly from the moment we arrived. Even with the door closed it was strong throughout the house. We have stayed at many tiny homes with these toilets and never really smelt anything. Please note this did require a 4WD and there are no PowerPoints to charge your phone unless you have a USB charger. "

"The house is located in a nice, quiet, suburban part of jindy. The configuration of the house allows for a comfortable stay for a large family. The kitchen is well equipped and has everything you would want in a holiday home. "We absolutely had a wonderful stay. Location was brilliant!! However, I was bit disappointed with the cleanliness of the property. I found it hard to believe that the place had been cleaned earlier that same day. That is what the correspondence I received stated would be happening. "It's older in style, but that view is just awesome - so nice after a day on the slopes to sit and have a beer with that view. Very stingy on the washing up liquid - two tiny sachets when we had 5 meals there - after all we are washing up your things, trying to keep them clean for the next person. A bottle of washing up liquid really isn't a big ask."
