"I’m trying to get my car out of the parking lot and my car is buried. No one will help get it out, the gentleman that shoveled buried my car more, and there hasn’t been a plow to remove any snow since what seems like early morning. We have to DoorDash to make money to pay for our room, but the car is stuck so we’re screwed. "

"The property is in a quiet location and a beautiful setting. All rooms are on the second floor and there is no elevator. Internet TV was very spotty. It was easy to hear other people outside the rooms. This would be a great property for a few friends or families to stay in one place and have common areas to be together. There is no complimentary breakfast."

"I want my money back. I had to leave and go to another hotel because they had no working hot water, the room had burnt holes and makes in the walls and bathroom. The person working the desk kept disappearing. Very horrible experience."

"When I checked in there was no “welcome” just “ID?”
Maybe my expectations are too high but a bottle of water in the room is always nice (I didn’t see one).
