You must be 21 to RESERVE and CHECK-IN

Unit V491 is a 2 bedroom fully equipped condo located on the 3rd floor of Pacific View.  Freshly painted,  new hardwood floors throughout and updated furnishings/artwork make this condominium both modern and cozy.  The recently remodeled bathroom in the main room is luxurious.

Fantastic Ocean view. Just a few moments stroll to the beach. King bed in the main bedroom, Queen in the 2nd bedroom. Down comforters included. Sleeper sofa in living room. Maximum occupancy is 6. 55 inch Samsung Smart  TV with Dish Cable and TV in master bedroom.  Complimentary presto log daily. There is a full size washer and dryer for guests to use.  Enjoy the start of the day with the Keurig coffee maker and a variety of coffee pods to choose from, as well as a frother.

Golf course, Tennis court, and pickle ball court located nearby. When you're on your walk or looking out your window try to catch a glimpse of the famous Elk!

Up to Two dogs allowed  (no cats)  -  pet fee is $20.00 per night, per pet.  There are two  portable staircases to help your doggie climb into bed with you:) Pets are NOT to be left unattended in the unit.

You will have access to an Indoor Heated Pool. There is NO access to a hot tub.

**Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property, this includes the patio areas, balconies and common areas**

Golfing trip extravaganza!

This is our 4th summer coming to this condo and we could not be more pleased. The view is fantastic and location to gearhart links makes it a perfect golfing vacation! The bathroom upgrade in the master bedroom is a major plus. We will be back next summer!

Would recommend!

The pictures show the property accurately-- ocean view, easy walk to the beach, beautiful main room, and every type of comfort you could want. Kids swam in the indoor pool and loved it (very clean, not crowded), and the waterfall shower head was lovely. The kitchen was well-appointed with every pan and gadget one could want. My girlfriend is still talking about how comfy the bed was. Would absolutely recommend!

Lovely Space!

This was the perfect place for a weekend getaway. Comfy beds, clean, stocked kitchen. Very easy to come in and just relax. Loved sitting by the fire, watching the waves, reading. Will definitely be back.

Great location away from the main tourist area but still totally accessible. People who work here are just terrific. The unit was clean and cozy. Definitely will be back.

Not impressed. Largest dust bunnies ever encountered. Duvet cover in main bedroom covered with sand. Get garbage bags that fit the baskets and don’t go down inside, creating a mess (minor annoyance).

Wonderful place

We were so impressed. The location was great and the condo was decorated so well. We enjoyed the fireplace and the lovely view of the ocean. We would highly recommend and come back for a visit ourselves.

Absolutely love it

Couldn't be happier. So peaceful and quiet. The view is wonderful. The pool was lots of fun. Close to Astoria and Cannon Beach. Overall this is a place we are for sure going to come back to.

Gearhart by the Sea

The condo was comfortable and stocked with everything you need to live away from home. The view was incredible! The location was close to Seaside and had a McMenamins right across the street. The only thing that was of concern was the structure of the building - seemed to be held up with a "band aide fix" of 2x4 beams. Otherwise, AMAZING!!

Best location

Overall we loved it. Very well stocked - but could have been cleaner. I cleaned the dryer lint trap and there were clothes in the hamper??? We have decided we will be back in April, same unit. We hope the floors have been mopped and counters squeaky clean.

Relaxing Getaway!

What a wonderful time we had in this cozy, wonderfully updated and peaceful condo! The kitchen was so well stocked with everything you need to make a nice meal, unique in my experience of vacation rentals and very appreciated. The view was wonderful, we enjoyed seeing the Elk in the dunes in front of the condo. We loved the walk to the beach and the relaxing beauty. My daughter loved swimming in the pool at night. This condo is a great pick for comfort, location, view and the gift of bringing our dog along as well! Loved it and would love to come back. Thank you!

Great location, lots of space, needs some tlc

My husband and I were traveling with a friend, so we needed two bedrooms. This place was spacious and had a great view of the ocean. It’s an easy walk to the beach and we had a nice walk in the morning. We brought our own food and planned to cook dinner and breakfast so we needed a fairly well equipped kitchen. There was plenty of stuff, but it looked like someone picked up all the unsold items at a garage sale and just dumped them willy nilly in the drawers. Much of it seemed to be odd components of gadgets one would never need while traveling, and the items you would expect were difficult to find or nonexistent. We made do. When we got there, the dishwasher was packed to the gills with dishes from the previous guest. I wasn’t thrilled to have to put away so many dishes upon arrival. They appeared clean, but it smelled like fried chicken inside which seemed odd. The large drip pan from the broiler was crammed in there so I went to remove it and put my hand into a gooey greasy mess. Someone added it after the dishwasher had finished. It was covered in someone else’s greasy leftovers. Yuck. I wasn’t about to clean it so I put it outside on the deck because of the smell. The rest of the dishes were probably clean, but I didn’t want to take any chances, so I ran the dishwasher again. I told the person at the front desk about this and she just said sorry. This wasn’t a great start to our visit. I had wanted to watch the sunset from the deck, but instead spent the time hassling around in the kitchen. I’m sure this was an isolated incident, but a little more attention to the dishwasher between guests would have made it a nicer experience.

Nice place

The room was great. Nice view and the room was clean. It was not ready when I went to check in however. I went back an hour past check in time and when they said it was then ready. They were supposed to call but I'm not sure they ever would have. Other than that the experience was great.

No elevator

All was good. We arrived to find the elevator was out of service. This we rented a three story walk up. The front desk was great, offering a different place, but we had been looking forward to the view this unit has, so endured the stairs.

Clean place

The place was clean and conveniently located. Luckily the property manager responded quickly to me when we arrived because there was no communication as to were to check in. The dishes in the dish washer weren’t put away. There aren’t hot pads or much to cook with. The place lacked a few essential items. But the location is a great place!

Great getaway

Nice place with beautiful view of ocean and easy access to the beach. Downside was that the heat did not work very well so the place was cold most of the time, and not all of the dishes were clean when we pulled them out of cupboards. Second bathroom did not have a very good working toilet either. However, the on site managers were very responsive to fixing the toilet and we’re open to our feedback that they needed to improve the heat in the apartment. Otherwise a really nice place and worth it.
