2 bedroom 3rd floor end unit PET FRIENDLY



The Space:

G660 is a 2 bedroom pet friendly unit located on the 3rd floor of Gearhart House. Main bedroom has a King bed and attached bathroom with a walk in shower. There is a small deck off the main bedroom with great ocean views. 2nd bedroom has a Queen bed. A washer and dryer is available for guest inside the unit. Great for after your trip down to the beach. TV and DVD player. This condo has an electric fireplace.





2 dogs or cats allowed, $20.00 per pet per night fee. Pets are NOT to be left unattended in the unit.

You must be 21 to RESERVE and CHECK-IN





Gearhart House guests have access to indoor heated pool, hot tub, and exercise room.

This unit has basic cookware, dishes, and silverware available. We do not provide oil, seasoning, or any other additional items. Microwave and drip coffee machine in the unit.





**Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property, this includes the patio areas, balconies and common areas**

No cleaning fee is great! View is great- you can hear the ocean. Nice house. Nice having toiletries in bathrooms and 2 bathrooms! Beds ok. Pillows terrible. Couch broken.

Nice local

Close to the beach, two large bedrooms each with it's own bathroom. Check in was easy. Appliances could use some updates but everything worked, loved both balconies and my only real gripe was the height of the showerhead. Overall great visit!

The beds were extremely comfortable and it was very near the beach, so much so that we could hear the ocean at night. Great for a family of four.

Great stay

We had a great stay in this unit. Property management was excellent. The unit itself and furnishings are not updated and had a few maintenance issues we noted upon check out but was still great for base for our vacation.

Perfect location!

What a wonderful 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit with beautiful views of the ocean! Within walking distance to the sandy beach (or a quick drive if you have 4 wheel drive). The sunsets were gorgeous of both balconies! Only a short drive to the tourist attractions of Seaside. We will stay here again when in the area.

Perfect place

We will definitely be coming back to this spot. Quiet. Relaxing. Space was perfect for 2 couples to stay and be able to enjoy it. Wish we could have stayed longer.

OLD Condo

All of the furnishings were Old, in fact, everything was old. The dish washer is 30 plus yrs old.(We had to call Maint. to repair it.) Old also Includes the filthy carpet. We talked with "management" who refunded one day stay. We weren't looking for that but wanted them to know our evaluation of the place. TomC

Pleasant weekend getaway

Awesome location, nice ocean view, short walk to the beach, elevator availability is always a plus especially with a senior in the group. Unit was outdated but everything worked just fine. Shower head could be a little higher. With my height, First time to kneel while showering.lol but it’s all good. Office was a little harder to find. FYI reading this, office is located in the restaurant across the street. All in all, it was a pleasant stay. We’ll stay here again. Thank you!

Beautiful View

However, the dishwasher was full of suds and dishes. The office sent a maintenance man who told us someone had used dishsoap and he would find some deformer and be back. NO SHOW. Several outlets were hanging out of the wall, the headboards were dirty and dusty, the stove was dirty, the light fixtures were coated with dust that had solidified. The so called new rug was not clean, end tables and TV stand hadn't been wiped in a very long time. Overall we would not stay there again. now recommend it to friends and family.

Quiet, clean, and close to the beach

Smooth check-in, clean and cozy place with a view of the ocean and Tillamook Head, very quiet during the off-season, older appliances but everything worked flawlessly. Nice location close to the beach that made it easy to walk down and along it. Gearhart has a nice trail that allows you to run along the beach and then back along the trail to the condos.

Great View Easy Access to activities.

Great view from the unit we stayed in. Conveniently within walking distance of the beach and had fun over at McMenamins across the street. Dryer in the unit was a lifesaver on a wet weekend.

Dated but great

The whole unit feels pretty dated, but that's fine. We spent most of our time out and about in seaside. But the pictures didn't really match the unit. Especially what we expected from the exterior pictures. The pictures give the idea of a duplex, not a condo. Cleanliness rating due to cracked and failing caulking in both showers, and one shower not properly draining after a minute of running water. Also smells like the dryer vents into the bathroom and kitchen counter cabinets. Would rent again.

Enjoyed our stay, comfortable, could use some updates.

The condo was the perfect size for our group of 2 adults and 4 kids. Wonderful location. The condo was comfortable. Personally, I think there could be some updates done to make it even better. Its a bit dated in the kitchen area. One of the kitchen cabinet doors fell off when we opened it. The recliner in the living room was broken and tipping to one side. You could feel the tac strips at ever transition (into both bathrooms and the kitchen), this caused some hurt feet and hands during our stay), the light above the dining room table shorted out a few times. We made mention of these above things upon check out so my hope is they will all be resolved quickly for other guests. Dishes and silverware were great but the other cooking items/utensils were extremely limited. The dishwasher should be replaced. It was ran prior to our arrival but the dishes inside were still dirty with stuck-on food. Had to hand wash a few of them ourselves and then rewash in dishwasher. The beds were comfortable and we had plenty of space for our group. We enjoyed doing one of the 1,000 piece puzzles provided in the room. The barstools in the kitchen area were much appreciated in addition to the dining room table. Overall we had a wonderful trip! Thank you.
