The 42 m² interior has been designed in a functional and cosy way, providing comfortable conditions for both short and longer stays. The apartment is suitable for couples, families, groups of friends and business travellers. It can accommodate up to 4 adults.



The Space:

The living room provides a comfortable space for rest and relaxation. It features a sofa bed that can serve as an additional sleeping area, as well as a Smart TV with access to cable channels. The character of the interior is highlighted by herringbone wooden flooring, decorative wallpaper and a large arched window with a wide windowsill finished with a turquoise cushioned seat. A high counter with seating is located next to the kitchenette and serves as the dining area.



The kitchenette has been designed with comfort and functionality in mind. Light-coloured fronts are combined with natural wood cabinetry and a light countertop. Guests have access to a fridge with freezer, induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine and electric kettle. Crockery, cutlery, pots, a frying pan and essential utensils needed to prepare meals are also provided. For guests’ convenience, a welcome set with coffee, tea and basic spices is provided.



The bedroom has been decorated in an elegant and calm style. It features a comfortable double bed prepared with hotel-quality bed linen and a set of pillows, as well as a wardrobe providing storage space. The upholstered headboard, decorative wall with a subtle graphic motif, crystal lighting and large arched windows give the interior a cosy and distinctive character.



The bathroom has been finished in a light colour palette with white metro tiles, black details and a decorative mirror in an ornate frame. It is equipped with a shower with a glass enclosure, a washbasin with cabinet, mirror and toilet. Hotel-quality towels, a hairdryer and a basic set of toiletries – shower gel, shampoo and soap – are provided.



Guest Access:

Guests have access to a shared laundry room with washing machines and tumble dryers. A gym is also available for guests on the top floor of the building.
