The Space:

The central part of the apartment is the living room, which is connected to the kitchenette. The living room features a sofa bed and a TV with cable channels and Smart TV, allowing guests to comfortably relax after a day in the city.



The living room opens onto a spacious balcony with a stunning view of the Motława River.



The kitchenette is fully equipped with an induction cooktop, oven, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, and coffee maker, allowing for convenient meal preparation at any time of day. A dining table with comfortable chairs is located right next to it, creating a natural space for spending time together. A welcome kit with coffee, tea, and basic spices is also provided for guests.



The apartment offers two bedrooms.



The first bedroom is equipped with a comfortable double bed, a spacious wardrobe, and a workspace, making it perfect for longer stays.



The second bedroom is a cozy room with a bunk bed, ideal for children or additional guests.



Guests have access to two bathrooms and an additional toilet with a sink.

One bathroom is equipped with a comfortable shower and a private sauna, a unique feature of the apartment, allowing for complete relaxation in an intimate setting.

The second bathroom has a bathtub, perfect for a relaxing soak. Hotel towels, a hairdryer, and basic toiletries are provided.



Guest Access:

An undoubted advantage of the apartment is a private sauna located in one of the bathrooms.

For guests in the building next door there is a swimming pool, sauna, SPA and massage zone and a jacuzzi for a fee of PLN 150/1.5 h. Advance booking is required and payment must be made at the reception desk of the Deo Plaza building.



The apartment also have parking space in the underground garage. The place is paid additionally and its cost is PLN 80/day.

The location of the apartment is unique. Leaving the building means coming across pleasant views. The river, historic tenement houses of the Old Town or the historic crane Crane. On the ground floor of the building you will find fashionable restaurants, a grocery store and a popular place for evening meetings, the SASSY club.
