"We rented this house for my daughter's hen weekend the house was stunning in an amazing location with great facilities. We could not find fault with the house it accommodated 20 of us amply. All types of celebrations are catered for here from a formal dinner, to a party to a film night and even quiet relaxation in the pool and hot tub. "Lovely property, very spacious. Can make sure the dog mess is cleared from the lawn. We were approached just before 10.30am on our last day as we were about to leave and told we should be out of the property by 10am and the cleaner had been waiting since 10.05am. On the information it states you don’t have to leave until 10.30. "

"The property was clean although a bit tired. Quite a few fittings hanging off. Note there are 2 bathrooms and 1 toilet, not 3 bathrooms as advertised. Bedrooms functional but very cramped. The owner required a £300 deposit via bank transfer in order to release the keys on the day of check-in, and then didn't refund or communicate for a week after the the rental, despite me making numerous calls and messages. Refund came eventually, but communication was non existent."

"A very enjoyable stay in the pretty and quiet village of Badby. The house was just as described and perfect for our needs. Good little playground and cafe and pub a short walk away. In a perfect world the curtains in the bedrooms would have blackout lining (for the summer sunrises) and the dishwasher would be replaced as the racks are shedding rust, but otherwise a fantastic stay."
