"Property was nice, as described, but received a message from the host that the condo was clean and ready to go and when we arrived the beds were not made, the floor was dirty, and all of the towels were wet. We were staying to attend a wedding and planned on everyone getting cleaned up before heading out, but skipped out of that not wanting to use dirty towels. "I did not know which room or how to get in the room when we got there. The direct contact through the app was not working. I was not getting a response. After talking with a representative we were forwarded to the owner who gave us a room and code number to a room where another couple was already staying. We contacted the rep again who again forwarded us to the owner who gave us a different room. My husband thought it was an individual cabin with the way it was described. "
