"We had a great long weekend at the cabin and enjoyed it very much. The cabin was perfect for my husband and I and had everything we needed. The hot tub was perfect and the bed slept just fine. Larry was an amazing host who even called me ahead of the trip to make sure I had directions just in case we lost cell service. Also, he is a very talented artist and had many of his original works hanging in the cabin. My only complaint is I didn’t have 2 cash on me as he had some of his prints for sale...

"We had a wonderful stay! We would definitely book again. My only minor complaint is that the building actually has two units and you share the backyard. This wouldn't be a big deal for us, but we could hear the neighbors snoring through the wall at night. We loved watching the sunset out back. We even saw deer in the yard. The decor and setup was really cozy. "

"The perfect 3 day getaway. The cottage was cozy with lamps on and soft music playing when we walked into a truly inviting atmosphere. This was our second time renting this cottage and we will definitely return. "

"Beautiful luxury cabin in the woods"

"Our stay at Owl and Moon was wonderful. We only stayed one night, but it was so peaceful and relaxing. The views from the large deck were gorgeous. The cabin is well-appointed, comfortable, and perfect for a get-a-way. We will be back! "

"The cabin was gorgeous, and don’t even get me started on the view!! Loved the deck with the hot tub and grill. Inside was very cozy. Great stay."

"The house is very cute little place for a stay on the lake. The bedroom with 2 beds had several dead bugs along the wall, maybe just need cleaned a little better. Overall house was very cute. There are, I believe, 62 steps down to the dock, where the kids lived jumping off and enjoying the water. Thank you for having us. Loved the painting on the dining room wall. Best view around. "

"If you want to experience a wonderful example of our Lord's creation this cabin is perfect! Cabin is on a very private road. No one is on top of you. We celebrated the 4th of July with the fireworks show in Fort Payne that is only 20 minutes away. We also enjoyed antique shopping in Mentone and Fort Payne. Instacart will deliver for an extra 7 long distance fee. You may have to help with directions. Cabin was very clean and stocked with everything we needed. The fence and screened in porch was...

"We enjoyed the property so much and loved that we were forced to relax. We took full advantage of the fire pit and the screened in porch. We had a fair amount of rain both days of our stay and enjoyed listening to it thru the trees on the porch and on the metal roof. My husband and I have stayed in a lot of rentals and he and I both agreed the property was perfect. We couldn’t think of anything that it didn’t have or offer. Thank you! "

"This is a really beautiful property. Check in was extremely easy. We never had any need to reach out to the owner because everything was clean, comfortable and working perfectly. The location is perfect , it is so close to town, but still feels remote. Make sure to blow up those air mattresses and use the porch swing beds , that ended up being our favorite spot, it was a great place to hang out at night with my 8 year old son and look at the stars and listen to nature once we were done in the...
