The Kings Head Hotel, Richmond, North Yorkshire
Despite the hotel being alerted to my bringing a CPAP machine, there was nowhere to place it in my room - which involved me in shifting furniture &c. to accommodate it. Breakfast service was slow.

The Bothy-Detached cottage,1 mile from Barnard Castle, Pet Friendly, EV Charger
Lovely cottage, very, snug and warm and comfortable, set in a beautiful and peaceful location with plenty of car parking space. Diane was an excellent host leaving us some nice goodies, a great information pack and some very useful local information.

Great location in the centre of Hawes. Lovely little cottage, comfortable rooms not huge but it is a quirky cottage. Be sure you can handle stairs! Everything you needed for a great stay. The property is excellent for a one night stay. Only negative is there is nowhere to sit and eat your breakfast.
