"We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect place for our family reunion of 20 people. "This house checked all the boxes online and exceeded expectations in person. It was so inviting, the decor was beautiful without being too formal. Plenty of beds, comfy beds, kitchen fully stocked, easy to use technology and remotes for hot tub. We were a girls weekend but the house is stocked for families and/or couples. The office was so responsive when questions asked! Highly recommend! "

"The home was beautiful and comfortable. It was very clean and spacious. Only complaint is when you view the home on VRBO it doesn’t say that the train runs right in front of the house. The train runs every 30min and is very loud. We had older people with us and they hardly slept. I finally was able to go deeper and find out about the train, but it needs to be posted on the main page. Sorry wearing ear plugs didn’t help either. "

"We had a wonderful stay at the Little Black Cabin over Thanksgiving weekend. The kitchen had everything we needed, and both the bed and the sleeper sofa were incredibly comfortable. The cabin offered a peaceful and quiet retreat, while still being conveniently close to stores and family. An added bonus was the electric car charger, which wasn't mentioned in the listing but was greatly appreciated!"

"This house is in a great location! Beautiful area with a pool and hot tub! Enough queen beds for all adults to sleep in which is hard to find when looking for a place to stay. It was well stocked with your basic needs. The bedding was high quality and very comfy. The trains run a lot but it wasn’t an issue for us. "
