The residence is popular also because of the view from the property over the valley and its quiet, secluded location at the edge of the forest. Caldana, 200 m above sea level. The holiday home is located on a farm, on a open forest plot with flowers and trees. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. 40 sqm Panoramic view over the Tuscan Maremma countryside Access is via a path (rubble or gravel). Parking is available in a carport.

Cooking nook in the living room (25 sqm, walk-through room) with TV, gas stove (4 flames), oven, extractor hood, fridge (icebox), microwave, coffee machine, toaster, washing machine and access to the terrace. Bathroom (4 sqm, not heatable) with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, bidet and window.
