Just minutes away from local attractions. 3 King beds, 1 queen bed and 1 queen sofabed, 2 full baths, kitchen and living room. Outside you'll enjoy unparalleled river views and access. We also have a tree swing, porch swing and hot tub for your enjoyment. We include one adult and one youth kayak.

Easy and nice

Smokey Mountain getaway

Absolutely amazing home. The experience was fantastic from the moment of contact with Lisa. She was quick to respond and very informative. Pays attention to detail and very helpful. The river is beautiful, grounds are clean and quiet. Home was clean and set up nicely. Directions on how to take care of everything were very clear and we were given useful information to make our stay even better We definitely recommend this home as your home away from home

We visited Ronnies Riverfront property for a family vacation and we were extremely pleased. The home was exactly as depicted in pictures, clean and had a great vibe for each of us from age 13-58! The kitchen was ready to be used, as we ate most of our meals there. There was plenty of room for our group of 8 to spread out and not be on top of each other. We all enjoyed the hot tub and a few in our group also enjoyed the kayaks. The neighborhood was safe and we really liked the location while visiting Dollywood and the tourist sites. We would recommend this location for a family vacation and would stay here again. Thank you to the owners who made our family vacation memorable and comfortable!

Peaceful

We were lookinv for peace and relaxation and your placed was just that, peaceful and restful. All of the bedrooms provided rest. The living room was able to give us a gathering place to sit and chat with each other. The kitchen had a good supply of plates, cups, utensils and pots/pans that enabled us to cook our breakfast to start our day. The back porch was a favorite of ours, with the river and the porch swing. The hottub, though small. and firepit was nice also. The host responded to our questions. One of our friends said a starting bundle of wood would have been nice. The only real issue was getting the towels dried, maybe leave directions for it. But I did not reach out to the host to ask about this. The six of us really needed a break and this place fulfilled what we were looking for. Thanks.

Peacful, quiet and clean

We enjoyed our stay. The property was clean and welcoming, the neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. We enjoyed the back porch mostly with the view and sounds of the river it was the perfect spot to spend the evenings relaxing with the pups after a day of doing all the things. The beds were a little firm for our liking but still able to get a good night's rest. We didnt get to use the hot tub but it was sparkly clean if we would have had time to use it. Will book again when visiting!

We had a wonderful stay here!!!! The location was perfect and so was the house for our group! We loved the creek in the back for the kids!!! The host was also very kind!! The only thing that got us was the neighbor being so easily upset by our kids getting 2 sticks and getting their ball that was on her creek side of the property. However this only was an issue once and it did not affect our enjoyment in staying at this property! I would definitely stay again!!!

Perfect Location

For my wife and I, this property is in a perfect location. We want to be close to town without having a city feel. We were also tired of driving mountain roads and feeling so far away from everything. The creek in the back was beautiful and really enjoyed fishing. The house was clean and comfortable and lacked nothing.

Feels like home

A lovely home in a quiet, relaxing neighborhood on the river. This home is warm, welcoming, and we loved the convenient location. Coming back from our busy itinerary each day to a relaxing jacuzzi really made it perfect. The ownerā€˜s attention to country decor really tied the whole experience together. This home is very clean and organized and we were very happy to stay here. We hope to stay here again in the future. Thank you so much for a wonderful home to stay in on our family vacation.

Peaceful and fun getaway.

The house being along the river was very peaceful. Kids loved wading in the water, swinging/laying in hammocks. Owners answered all our questions and came and fixed the issue we were having with the door lock. Great stay for our Granddaughterā€™s cheer comp at Sevierville Convention Center.

Family vacation

Overall it was a great vacation spot for my family, fit all 7 of us comfortably, stores and restaurants very close. The backyard is my favorite part of the whole place, itā€™s beautiful and I loved having a fire pit and hot tub and the river was awesome, seen geese every morning! Host was very quick to fix the toilet when it wouldnā€™t flush! The only complaint I have is the hot tub was SUPER bleachy, it was so strong my swimsuit still smelled like it after washing it and some of the linens smelled bad but everything else was great, beds were a little squeaky but comfy! We will definitely be back this summer!

The stay was enjoyable and the property surroundings were great. The only concern was the master bedroom mattress dipped on both sides and needs replacing The sheets didn't fit the bed and we were in constant battle putting them back on. Perfect Location

This is the house to be in if you are traveling to Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, Dollywood. It did not take us long to get anywhere and we loved it. We didn't spend much time in the house except to sleep as we were busy doing activities. But well worth it
