"It’s on the river and there’s ducks to feed, real peaceful. You could also fish and there’s a near by walkway by the river. Only one elevator, pool is on the small side, parking is not enough for a 4 story hotel, people in the office are nice."

"We had a condo overlooking the creek and with a view of the mountains. It was clean and well stocked. We enjoyed drinking coffee on the balcony in the mornings and evenings. The in-room fireplace was also a romantic touch. The location is excellent if you like peace and nature, but still being only a block away from the main strip of restaurants and activities. RiverStone is also very close to Dollywood and Dolly's Stampede theater. We found it well worth the cost and will be back next time...

"This hotel was in a great location!! It’s across the street from Tanger and you can walk to dinner at the many restaurants located near by. There is even a aranch practically next door with activities for the kids. The NASCAR track is across the street. As well as. My first turn to the area and if u visit again I would stay there"

"I checked in for my room. I had then asked from handicap room since I fell after the reservation was made and when I asked for one she said, no handicap rooms available. I am wearing a boot for broken foot. My room 235 or something on second floor climbed a ramp, when arrived at room it was still uncleaned food, bed unmade trash cans filled. My husband had to go back to office where she gave us a handicap room. I was still to walk the ramp, never comp the room."

"Breakfast was good. The room we stayed in had an issue with the tv. Didnt want to change channels. The bathroom door stuck, so you had to pull really hard to get open. Bathroom was also small and dimly lit. Toilet, sounded like it was siphoning water from the creek or something after flushing. "

"If you intend to stay a couple of nights, this hotel will be perfect. Clean rooms, good beds, good showers, efficient staff, close to the city, good price. But if you are planing to stay a little more, maybe you will miss some things in your room: no fridge, no microwave, rooms are a little small (not so small, but far from being wide), wi-fi connection doesn't work (only the one by cable). P.S.: I have travelled for a month through the US and I have one complaint about all the hotels I have...
