Incredible views of Mt. Leconte and The Great Smoky Mountain National Park await! This condo sits only 3.6 miles from the heart of downtown Gatlinburg, TN! This condo is completely brand new inside and renovated from top to bottom! This studio condo features a queen bed and a futon (couch) along with a full bathroom! The kitchen is complete stainless steel appliances and subway tile! The complex offers an indoor pool, indoor hot tub, outdoor pool, an arcade room, and washer/dryer availability!

The Neighborhood:
This gorgeous condo is only 3.6 miles to the heart of downtown Gatlinburg, TN! It features plenty of amenities! The condo complex offers indoor and outdoor pools, hot tub, game room, gas grills, seasonal firewood, and washer/dryer facilities (pay).

Getting Around:
We always recommend 4x4 wheel drive for any condo in The Great Smoky Mountains to be extra safe. Paved roads all the way up and paved parking, too.

Other Things to Note:
Must be 21 or older to book this condo.

This condo sleeps 4 guests maximum.

We always recommend 4x4 drive for anywhere in The Great Smoky Mountains. The condo features paved roads all the way up and without any inclement water any car should be fine, but again, we recommend 4x4 wheel drive when visiting the area.

The fireplace is wood burning. (bring firewood)

Coffee maker is a Keurig. (bring coffee)

Condo Complex- The Summit Condos of Gatlinburg offers outdoor pool (seasonal), indoor pool and hot tub year round, washer/dryer (pay) and in main clubhouse area, playground, seating with views, game room (pay) and in main clubhouse area.

The outdoor pool usually opens around Memorial Day each year give or take. The outdoor pool usually closes at the end of August each year give or take. These dates are subject to change at any time and out of our control as they are controlled by the HOA. Any necessary maintenance work is out of our control, too, and controlled by the HOA with no notice. Thank you for your understanding.

Bears and other wildlife are common in the area. Do not feed bears or any type of wildlife and keep your belongings secured and vehicle doors locked at all times. Best Views around for the price!

We have stayed at this studio for the 2nd year in a row. We love waking up with the Mountains as our view! The only negatives I have are that the lot and stairs were not salted when we arrived. This is move of the complex issue than the owner.Also - the couch is not very comfy. But -we really aren't there that much!

The best view of Mount LeConte!

My husband and I stayed here to celebrate our 2nd anniversary. It was a great location to get to several hiking trails and the main drag in Gatlinburg. So cool to climb Mount LeConte then have a perfect view of it from our room! Property was clean and exactly as described. It is UP on the mountain, though, so drive with caution, especially in the winter.

Mini Vacation

My husband and I booked this condo for a mini vacation that we desperately needed since having our first child! It was absolutely gorgeous very clean and quiet we watched the sunrise over the mountains in the morning and were very close to all the attractions for our afternoon fun! Will 100% book again!

The view is indescribable. The condo is so cozy. If youā€™re looking for just a small, homey stay with a beautiful view, book this one now. Wood fireplace, large tv, WiFi included and private balcony. Myself, my husband & our 4 year old loved our stay. Futon for the little & queen size bed for ourselves. Studio condo.

Nice remote place!

If you want a nice view and quiet place to stay this is your place. It was affordable, clean, and cozy. The only drag was the drive up and down the mountain which isnā€™t too bad. Perfect location between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Closer to Gatlinburg of course, which you can see downtown and all of the lights at night.

Summer getaway

We had a great stay. We were on the second floor in the back with a balcony and had great views of the city below. We got to see a few bears at the property. I'll try to get some pics posted on Google reviews. Great views of the morning sunrise coming up over the mountains. Just note the main road(approximately 3ish miles to get up to the condos is very steep and a lot of sharp curves so be sure you have a vehicle to handle it. The listing said "with hot tub" in title, but there was no hot tub unless it's a whole complex use on the property somewhere. There was a pool towards the entrance, but it's small and was usually full with little ones. The person in charge of the rental did send a couple text messages to check in and make sure everything was going well. Would stay again if we make our way back to TN. Thanks for the experience!

Perfect for two!!

We stayed two nights at this studio. The views are breathtaking and we spent a lot of time on the porch just relaxing! We even saw a bear come out of the woods and head for the dumpster! We were very happy to be on the second floor. Neighbors are close by.

Perfect little getaway spot

This property was just as pictured and described. It was the perfect little getaway spot tucked just up the mountainside for my husband and I. The condo is near the top of a mountain and the roads to get there are both very narrow and steep. Youā€™re about 8-10 mins from downtown Gatlinburg and about 15-20 mins from Piegon Forge. Taking off one star for cleanliness as the spare pillows in the closet both had stains on them & the blinds in the bay window were broken. However, for the overall condo, view and location you canā€™t beat the price!

Unreal view of Mt. LeConte/ Unreal drive

The condo itself was exactly how it is pictured and the view is too die for, the bathroom was a little dirty upon check in but nothing a few wipes didnā€™t take care of. Our only con to this trip was the drive up, while AWD is very much essential you can make it up with a normal car as well. Be aware the the drive up and down feels like a lane and a half and there are no guard rails so for us it felt a little too overwhelming especially with other cars on the road. We ended up only enjoying + staying one night out of our three just on not wanting to risk driving up the steep mountain. And while they donā€™t offer refunds, they do have plenty of other options if you have a fear of heights! But, if you donā€™t mind the drive or like a little adrenaline this is the stay for you!

Gorgeous Views!

This was my husbandā€™s first time in the mountains, and it did not disappoint. Canā€™t say enough about this beautiful property! It was cozy, beautifully decorated, and quiet! The views were spectacular from both inside and outside the condo! This was hands down the easiest process we have ever had with checking in and out. We will most definately be back!
